I'm very active but careful with phone. Through aggressive use indoors outdoors wet dry conditions. Screen protector works well absorbing scratches. My screen is flawless after almost yr and a half. Plus comes with lifetime warranty.

I have used many different methods of this product..was not happy with this one..try it twice..not happy

I'm just here for the free 25 points. It's not as good of quality as a hard cases but they haven't really made those for this phone yet Thanks.

Horrible install process, there was a hair on the screenprotector PRIOR to INSTALL! Just horrible, had a crease down the center that wouldn't go away. A total waste of money and ZERO Best Buy support. Won't be buying from them again .

So its good for scratches but thats it! But the worst part is it doesn't long. I had it for about 4 months and its already falling off

The phone shield/ screen protector is just what I was looking for. Has glass feel and is so much better than the cheap one that came with the new phone. Like that has antimicrobial properties as well.

I'm giving this product the benefit of 3 stars. Waiting for ordered phones to come in to use them. Probably good product.

It worked for my first S20+ but when I got a replacement the protector slid on my screen. They replaced it three times and finally exchanged it for a liquid screen protector which I've been exceptionally happy with. It could have been the screen because it happened to several protectors

Moves around on my phone screen. Wasn't easy to apply. Had tech put it on. I wish i had more options.

i bought this not knowing that the s20 came with a screen protector already installed out of the box so i have it for a back up

This is my second phone to have a Zagg screen protector installed on. I pay the extra to have BestBuy do it the right way. My last phone never needed to have the proctor replaced, and I had it for almost 3 years. It gives me peace of mind.

I did not read anywhere when I purchased that it is a soft plastic I thought I was buying a hard plastic screen cover it came in an open box and when I went to apply it realized it’s a soft plastic screen protector basically like putting clear tape over your phone

Not worth the money. It is not glass, so it marks easily. The middle crease is still there after 2 weeks (it was supposed to go away). I can make a mark on it with my fingernail and the mark does not go away. It has also developed small bubbles near the edges. This thing is going back.

Is just like a plastic or sticker. Feel easy to apply but the design make a mess

My daughter purchased this for her phone and its a great value for its price (and added piece-of-mind about her screen surviving a fall as she's prone to drop her phone a lot).

NOT SATISFIED!!! this is not glass...it is flexible and has a line across the center from where the peel away parts came together. Also did not fit S20+ properly. I have used the true "Zagg Glass" on other phones and it is a much better product. i followed all instructions during the installation.

Geek Squad installed the shield while I waited, no bubbles, which if you have ever had a shield put on the screen you know is hard to do. Pricey but so is your phone.

This product is very expensive for what you get (one screen protector). You can buy the same thing from other vendors with two screen protectors and two camera lens protectors for about half the price. The film--that's what it is--has been on my phone for less than ten days and is already peeling off the edges and there are also bubbles under it. I would not recommend this product.

It took some getting used to, but I do like this phone. I had to change my phone because the battery was not holding a charge and I need the phone for work. The people at Best Buy were really nice and very helpful.

These are great for protecting phones. Love the fact that we can go into Best Buy at any time, they can pull up the original purchase and will replace and reapply them at any time for no charge.
