This product is hot garbage. The applicator did not work and the tabs broke off rendering the entire screen protector ruined. Complete waste of my time and money. Now I have to baby my phone while I wait for another brand to come in , which is incredibly annoying.

This product is extremely hard to get perfect in your screen, it’s a film and is super sticky. One slight mishap and there’s an ugly blemish

Love the protective shield, it's very smooth. I love that an employee puts the case on for you. Plus it has a lifetime warranty. If you have any issues you bring it back & best buy will replace it.

I am very hard cell phones, no dents, crack, smooth and flexible. Just wipe down often as it shows fingerprints. Of course my agent recommended & applied it on my phone and did an excellent job. Great service.

too expensive, too complicated to install it on the mobile......!!

First of all, I thought it was made of glass/plastic material because of the picture and what it says on the case... “premium glass-like feel and clarity”, well this thing is made of the flimsiest film ever!! They also claim that it is easy to apply... OMG this was the biggest lie of all time! It is not easy to apply, it is extremely difficult and you still have bubbles EVERYWHERE that will not heal! It left my phone looking ugly. So now I have a nasty looking half-baked protection on a $1200 phone... Do yourself a favor and wait for something BETTER to come on the market. Normally I buy Zagg all the time, but this time, Jesus, I think they could have done much better...

I really love this cellphone. It is easy and manageable to use. The ease in browsing,calling,listening to music and taking photos. i love the clear sound, the picture perfect capture of the camera. Love it!

best buy doesn't sell the glass one find it online and buy it dont waste your time with this one. Best buy worker put it on for me and the bubbles are crazy its been 2 weeks and I need a new 1 already. It randomly hits buttons when its laying flat on the table. Don't waste your money $$$

Really nowhere near as sturdy as i expected. Scuffs and scratches already.

The S20 Plus is Excellent!!! Aot of New features to Explore. Very Fast! The Camera is Excellent! I use the phone for alot of Apps that use GPS while I Ebike! Battery Life is Excellent!

The guy at best buy said if I ever had issues with the shield, for instance if it started to bubble I could bring it back and they would replace it. I appreciate him mentioning that to me.

Great product, Wish I could give a great review on this but my husband has not put it on his phone yet. I’m sure it’s going to work great and it turned out to be a perfect product for his phone.

It lasted about a week before it started peeling off the screen. There were a lot of bubbles through out it. I tried using the warranty to replace it but they wanted me to pay 20 some bucks to get a new one.

Not a easy install Should have had the store install

I wanted to purchase the glass shield as it tends to keep a clean and smooth glide touch

Its perfect just what i needed so far it hasnt lifted or anything. Works perfectly looks like I dont even have anything on my screen.
