I received it a few days later and because I don't have steady hands, I had my Wife put it on. It was not good, it looked like crumbled up plastic. So she decided to go to the store(Joliet)and buy another one(she was upset)she explained what happened to an employee who got the manager. He told her it happens, laughed it off and gave her a replacement for free and an employee put it on for her. We are both so grateful for the kindness and professionalism showed by the managers and employees at this Bestbuy. Thanks guys you made our day and the screen protector looks perfect!
