The first one didn't last the first day because I put my phone in my back pocket. Don't do that. I got a replacement and it is working wonderful. Best Buy didn't give me a hard time about replacing it. They were able to look up my receipt online.

First off let me start by saying during this Covid 19 shopping with best buy has been difficult. 1 because they told me I can come to the store and wait in line and request what I want to buy to sales rep. When I get there some reps. say I can't do that, that I would have to purchase online and then pick up. Next when I make an appt. to apply screen protector, I show up and they say they can't install screen protector. Mind you that when I purchased screen protector I requested the Zagg glass screen protector and realized after I got home and opened it that it was a thin film. So I call them and tell them what the issue was and they say that zagg hasn't made the glass screen protectors yet because they've had difficulties with making them right. So I apply this horribly thin film and the way the instructions and the way its packed their is no way of not getting finger prints and bubbles by the end of installment. My screen was filled with at least 20 bubbles. I later find out Zagg stands at the mall are open and carry the glass screen protector for my phone. So I threw away this horrible lifetime screen protector. This screen protector is a waste of money and time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

So far so good. No problems with touch interference on the screen or with the finger print reader. I've only had it on the phone for 2 weeks. Great warranty for the life of the screen protector. Definitely recommend to anyone.

I used to buy Zagg exclusively for all my devices, but their product lately is much inferior to other film type screen protectors. I prefer the wet application film type protectors for the newer phones with curved screens, but other brands seem to adhere better to those curved surfaces than Zagg. I don't know why, but the last few Zagg protectors I've tried ended up not adhering well and ended up in the trash.

Didn't adhere very well... also because it's so soft. It gets hazy really... I'll stay with glass from now on

I am glad that now you can replace these shields at Best Buy instead of having to mail them back or wait for them in the mail. They do work great as I have had many drops with old phone and they protect my glass.

was bummed out that they sold me a screen saver and the phone comes with one and I had it ready to put on when I discovered this. And I even asked the helper to make sure I had one that was correct. So I wasted that money. Also I have not seen my 50.00 gift certificate in my email.

It works but it started peeling after a few days, I have to press down on it every now & then.

Bought my new phone and also bought this shield with Best Buy's service to install it, although I could have done it myself. I did not realize that the phone comes with a screen protector already installed. I left with my new phone and newly installed screen protector. Several days later I noticed that the screen protector wasn't really quite aligned. It was a little low, sticking down past the screen and into my armored case. We were visiting relations and had to return home, so just another day later and 2000 miles back home and now the screen protector smeared down another 1/8 inch. (Just an aside: I keep my phone in my back pocket. My old phone with a protector never had any problem staying in place.) So...off to the store here where I live. I ended up getting the more expensive curved Zagg protector, and I don't dare stick it in my back pocket. I'm glad I had Best Buy's service so I could get a different screen protector, but I don't trust that it will stay in place if I put my phone in my back pocket.

This one is a lot easier to put on compared to the one I had on my phone previously. I had to take that to the store for help and the store people actually ripped two of them trying to put it on. This was easier.

This is just a horrible product. I have put on many screen protectors and this one by far is the worst. The directions are very clear, perfect. They have a tray to make the application easy, awesome. This is where everything is bad. I clean the front of my new phone after removing the factory plastic sheathing. I use the dust remover supplied with the product. I the follow the directions to a tee, at which time i notice a line going across the protector which I figured would go away as I apply the cover. Well, it didn't and I have a big line going across my phone. The edges also don't smooth after following the directions. I am hoping Best Buy will refund my money, being that $35 is a lot of money for a cover not to work. Luckily I saved everything that came with it, including the box. I would stay away from spending money on this, unless you don't mind having a line running across your screen.

Excellent protector. Not too thick, good protection. I love zagg products. Their TPU protectors are the best. I do recommend spending the extra few bucks to have a staff member install it for you.

This is my second time purchasing a Zag screen protector because if a change from. IPhone to Android. The lifetime warranty is as good as gold. Ill never skip this protection for my cellphones.

Not easy to install. The product dodnt last long before it bubbled up.

This is my second one, I am not sure if the installed it wrong at best buy but it kept coming off.

This invisible shield is even better than the last screen protector that I had. It is perfectly clear and easy to apply without any hiccups. Very pleased with this screen protector for my phone.

The screen protector is efficient at protecting my device from scratches. The biggest sell point for me was the box is made to assist in applying the screen protector. Instructions were easy.

Been using Zagg screen protectors for a few years now. They are the best! My new phone came with a screen protector installed that peeled up right away. I installed this today. Happy now!

The screen protector is very easy to install and provides adequate protection.

Didn't apply it correctly at first and wasn't all that happy with it. Figured out what I did wrong and reapplied and am now very happy with it. Thin and unobtrusive but also feels protective.
