never had a prob w this companies product. Fits great cant see it, no prob w edge retention, had it put on by the store which guarantees any problems, well worth the $8 for install and hassel.free replacement. Def recommend this for your e x p e n s i v e phone.

This one has worked fine for me, its stable, doesn't lift up on my case. The person that installed it for me at best buy did a great job, also with the warranty your able to just go in store and grab a new one and have them install it again no problem!

The instructions were terrible and the guids provided do not line up the protector perfectly. It will always show some of the screen through the edge. The protector itself is just to narrow for the phone. I ended up throwing the protector out because of the ammout of dust the showed through the end product. Terrible experience and a waste of money.

Didn't protect my screen. The protector has gotten knicked and scratched - but that's fine. What's a bummer is that I dropped my phone today and it's now got the fine lines spreading out from the corner of my screen. Other protectors on other phones would crack if I dropped my phone but the phone screen itself would be ok. But with this one it's the phone screen that's cracked. :-( Not sure this is any better then the protector that came with the phone, to be honest.

Hard to install, edges of the screen saver do not stick to curves. Would not buy again for a curved screen

I bought this very soon after I bought my phone also at Best Buy. I had an employee apply this screen protector because I didn't want to mess it up. She was very helpful and applied it effortlessly. Would Definitely Recommend.

Hi I been using Samsung since 2010 and never switched to any other device. So far Samsung have launched their best phone i absolutely like all the upgraded features. Camera quality is amazing i highly recommend this phone worth the price paid.

They have lifetime warranty. If you purchase Total Tech Support the Screen Protection Service is included. They will place your screen on in the store for you.

Ridiculously difficult to install- I paid geek squad to do it and they destroyed one trying to put it on and replaced it and it took 20 minutes to do the install and I still had to rub the bubbles out afterwards. Does not self heal small scratches, I accidently scratched all the way through it with my own finger nail within 3 months. Bubbles come up on the edges all the time

I didn't heed the warning of other reviews. I've put lots of these things on and have never seen issues like this before. Since the protective cover is split in half which leaves a very nasty crease right across the middle of the S20 Ultra after the final step. If the crease didn't exist, it would be a fantastic screen protector. Do not buy this or you'll end up returning it. I plan on it.

I have always used Zagg InvisibleShield on my Galaxy phones and have never been disappointed. I have tried others that just did not respond to touch near as well. And has saved my phone more than once when accidentally dropped.

Originally looked great when they installed it for me, but within a week it was peeling and bubbling. I'm still using it but it's "ok"

I was surprised at how easily it went on. Just make sure to pay close attention to the instructions. So far is keeping my screen from being damaged.

Not a good buy...it says easy installation but you're better off paying the Geek Squad to install.

This shield was tricky to put on. I would recommend having best buy do it! It's already got scratches but seems to work

So easy to put on with this kit. I was worried about all the bubbles when I put it on. It was hard to move them all out so I gave up and left them. They were all gone within 24 hours. I was so happy!
