Terrible customer service

Application went very well and I was very pleased with the product. After about a month the corners started rolling up. I removed the screen protector and stuck it to a piece of paper to return it when the stores reopened. After months of waiting I lost the screen protector during a move. I went in today to have it replaced and the informed me that I had to have the old one to recive a new one. I had just spent over 2000.00 dollors on phones and accessories. I will never purchase phones or accessories from bestbuy again. I even had my receipt of purchase. FAIL.
