Was difficult to install on my phone. Initially could not fins the install directions. During install the product separated at an inappropriate time and ruined itself. Ultimately I had to throw it away. Don't bother with this garbage.

Wow I should have listened to the reviews. This is an instant $30 wasted that I'm very upset about. The instructions and steps for this stupid screen protector are so incredibly and unnecessarily complex. I've installed many screen protectors and this one takes the cake for being the absolute worst. Whoever designed this needs to be fired. Cannot get past step 2 of the instructions. I fiddled around with the #2 flap and a layer came off, then I realized to my horror that that actually did nothing in terms of progression as only a layer of the flap came off, not the protector. I figured this thing just had many layers on top of the actual protector so I attempted to pull them off gently to no avail thus ruining the screen protector. No wonder this thing was over flowing on the shelves in my local Best buy.

It smears and smudges constantly. Looks dirty. I wish there was a tempered glass that was quality that was an option. Given the price of this item, I am not sure why there isn't a quality glass cover. Even if you clean it regularly, it looks messy. Such a shame.

installation has no guide to align and there are tons of bubbles underneath even using the usless tools they give you i had it for a month and it started to peel already

The associate applied the film which was nice. No bubbles after a day. However, the films scratches over the littlest things. Im really upset. Seems like new ones over nothing. Really unhappy with this product.

I'm shocked that Zagg even produced this product. I have been buying Zagg Screen Protectors since I owned my HTC Evo and never had a problem with the quality or durability of their products. They claim it feels "glass-like" and is "self-healing." That couldn't be further from the truth. My finger does not glide across it and sometimes just stops sliding. Every time I touch it with my fingernail, try not to, it gets a little divot that stays there. I would rather take my chances on the screen or purchase a glass one than to deal with this product. I had Best Buy put it on so it's not the installation. Horrible!!

Warning, This is not glass. Did now adhere to edges. Tried to remove and reinstall and it stuck to itself and ruined.

This product is labeled "glass like" which is a marketing lie. It is an extremely thin, cheap piece of plastic that doesn't fully fit the phone or its curved edge. It is unnecessarily complicated to apply in 4 steps that require constantly reapplying the actual screen protector as you remove multiple layers. The product actually ripped. Its poorly designed and absurdly overpriced. I will never buy a screen protector from Best Buy again. Plus, they want to charge you an extra $8 on top of the overpriced $29 for the single screen protector that doesn't properly fit or protect the phone. I'm absolutely disgusted.

I was expecting more since it is a Zagg product. The screen protector is thin and flimsy and seems to be slightly too large for the S-10 screen. I followed the directions as best I could and ended up with too many bubbles - which seem to be impossible to remove. I cannot recommend this product.

I purchased this item twice. Once off bestbuy.com when I pre-ordered my phone. I installed the screen protector myself and it peeled back 2 days after my installation. I had already threw away the packaging so I couldnt get a return or warranty. So I purchased it again a the best buy store. This time I allowed Geeksquad to install it. Exactly one week later I take my phone out of my purse and the film is knicked and scratched. I don't know if my actual screen is effected but I am beyond upset. I do not recommend this product. Horrible product.

I have installed every screen protector for my and my wife's phone since we started buying smart phones (~20 phones). This was easily the hardest to install. Directions are not intuitive at all. The sections do no separate from the film easily, and when you squeegee out the bubbles and creases (created from peeling back the "dust removal layer"), they eventually return. I have purchased a $10 film type screen protector in the past with no issues installing. Zagg typically is really good, and makes it easy to install. Not this time!

The actually packing sheet from the factory is better than this product. So many air bubbles!!!! Looks my screen has been rained on!

Hard to install and bubbled. Total waste of $ !!!!!!

If I could give it no star I would. Confusing instructions and ended up trashing the screen protector. Wasted $30.

This is a terrible product. It did not fit length wise. I didn't expect it to fit the edges but the fact it didn't fit the length by at least 1/4 of an inch is not acceptable. As others posted, the bubbles were very difficult to remove. I would not recommend this.

Great product. Faster replacement when in stock...

Packaging material describes it as "glass-like" when this is just your typical soft plastic film protector. Directions are poorly written and overly complicated. The film is pretty flimsy and ripped while trying to remove tabs 2 and 3 in the like 6-8 step process of putting the stupid thing on. Go buy a 2 pack glass protector for half the price.

I've used Zagg for over 5 years. Always excited to put the product on when I get. However, this time was a complete disaster. I've never had a problem before applying the screen protector, my last phone was an S8+ and that worked fine. I have two phones. The first one stuck to the removal film and before I could figure out what happened it was ruined. I was able to "salvage" the second one but the edges don't even stick. I am so unhappy.

Can't believe I paid $30 for this crap. Hopefully it will hold for a week or two until I can get a real screen protector. Bubbles, plastic scratches when trying to push out bubbles that don't go away. Embarrassed I paid what I did, basically threw the money away. Junk, garbage waste of money and time...

I know most screen protectors are difficult to use and apply. But this one was awful. All the dust removal tools included are utterly useless. The edges don't fit on a curved screen. But this was a $30 screen protector, it should have been at least somewhat useful and effective
