Once installed, it is easy to forget that it is there at all! The shield doesn't impede the touch-screen sensitivity, and it is invisible and simple to clean. At the same time, I have noticed that multiple drops of the phone have not broken or displaced it.

Hopefully this screen protector is as good as the tmobile brand ones.

Fairly easy to install. Recommend watching YouTube videos first.

Only thing I would change is that it was a little hard to install

It's very good it protect my screen for any object in my pocket.

The protector is good but after couple of days it starts to peel off

My previous Samsung phone did not have a screen shield. After I dropped it 2x, the screen started bleeding black and I was unable to use parts of the screen. Even before I left the store with my new phone, I purchased the new Zagg shield and had the employee put it on my phone.

tricky to install so please give $8 to Best Buy to install this or you're throwin' your money away. It keeps the scuffs away, won't protect as nice as glass items but curve phones like the Galaxy series never work well with "precision cut glass for your curved thing"

This product is only made to give you peace of mind. Basically to prevent your keys from scratching it while in your pocket. It still cracks and chips when dropped.

My phone fell once and it worked like magic. Not one scratch on it.

I just wish they would have explained the instructions better.

Been using these screen protectors for years. They do a great job

I purchased new Samsung Note 10 from Best Buy and I bought a the ZAGG product after the SAMSUNG screen cover got 2 scratched marks on the top of the screen. I have used the ZAPP screen protector on my previous SAMSUNG phone's with great success!!!!!

I like the screen protector, so far. I haven't used it though.

Good protection but those instructions are so confusing!!

If using this screen protector with the Defender Otterbox case it will push up the corners of the screen protector creating bubbles throughout the outer edges

I Thought I was not going to like this screen protector because its not glass like! But to my suprise I really like the fit it feels nice and it was easy to put on and even if you get bubbles while you put it on they just dissolve on their own!

Working out good so far...just had it on it for a close to a week

It's simply a screen protector and it does just that. I have cracked my phone screen, but that's only where the cover doesn't cover. They should allow full coverage, but it may be because of the curved glass. Speaking of which, this is much better than the glass protector, because the curved screen simply makes it pop off.
