I dropped my phone while getting out of my vvehicle. It dropped approximately 20" and the phone fell flat on the asphalt. Well the screen broke...

I purchased this online and ended up putting it on my phone wrong so I went to a local store to purchase another one. The salesman returned the first one as an insurance claim and installed a new one for me there in store perfectly! You can not even tell that it's on the screen.

I pretty much get all my stuff here at Best buys Lovett recommend my family and friends warranty is good never had an issue with my returns bought a glass protector there and six months I returned it because it was scratched up replaced it no problem.

Went on okay. Small line in middle mostly goes away. Works okay, but feels more like plastic than the previous screen protector.

Bubbles all over, not to mention if you ask for a replacement it cost you a minimum of $8.00 for shipping. Tooo pricey for the item.

TJ installed the screen protector before I left the store. It had a few tiny bubbles in it but he assured me hey would go away with the heat from use and he was right! I take the phone in and out of my pocket several times a day and still no peeling around the edges or scratches.

I bought the S10+ and within two days I had already scratched my phone by just putting it in my pocket. If you buy one of the newer galaxy phones, you must get a screen protector! This is a good one, but ask Geek squad to install it for you because the process is a bit tedious.

Works well. Not as great as tempered but it does the job.

Bought it for my husband’s new phone but wouldnt stick to the screen and for the price you pay not worth it.

I have the Samsung S10+ so the beveled edge is an issue with traditional glass type screen protectors. The only one Best Buy carried in the store was this product. This protector screen is a clear film. I applied it based on the direction and it left scratch marks on the film using the applicator it came with in the package. The harder I tried to get the bubbles to the edges, the more scratches appeared. So I went back to the store and got another one because I had already taken the factory screen protector film off (big mistake, should have kept it as it is better than this product). This time I paid Geek Squad to install it so if it turns out bad, they will get another one and try again. So the tech who claims he did over 50 of these, still manage to not get all the bubbles out. As he installed it, the amount of force required to get the film to adhere flat was appalling. I really thought for a moment he was going to break my phone. After the film was installed, the coverage started at the top of the phone at the speaker per the instructions but it does not extend all the way down to the bottom edge. There is an approximate .125" of gap between the phone and the film. The texture is not smooth so your finger print and smudges is unavoidable, even with clean hands. If you still have the factory screen protector, keep it on and wait for another product to come out.

I would leave 0 stars if I could as I tried applying not 1, but 2 of these! Maybe a professionally trained Geek Squad person can make these work, but sfter neay 40 minutes, I gave up and will try to find a case with a screen protector built in instead. And yes, I have applied many other screen protectors to phones befofe.

The phone looks good with damage protection. A must have.

I an on #2 of these, as the first phone was returned ....with this attached. I am pretty disappointed with this so far. I had to spend the $8 additional to have a Best Buy associate put it on for me, as it the extremely difficult. Once on, it wrinkled & ripped after 2 days. Thankfully it has a warranty & I will be utilizing it. I will say that it didn't compromise the screen clarity very much at all...one very good point. It it very expensive, also ($29.99)
