    Just attempted to have a device replaced, with the geek squad protection plan. I purchased the plan because the representative stated that if I did that I could get my device replaced at that location, this is deceptive. I was told that I would have to make an appointment and wait 3 to 5 weeks (allegedly due to covid)! This is crazy, if I was informed of this prior to purchasing the device, I would have not purchased the plan.
