I would do A BIG FAT ZERO STARS if I could. I bought this for my iPad mini 4. A little over 2 weeks later. Small crack on my screen. I’m afraid to peel it off and look at it to see if the crack is underneath. I was reading reviews that if you try to peel it off it could make the screen crack more. Hopefully, it’s just the glass and not the actual iPad. I spent almost $50 for this thing and another $15 to have Best Buy geek squad install it. I’m not going to buy another screen from Zagg. I’m going to look for another brand. DO NOT BUY THE ZAGG GLASS SCREEN PROTECTOR!!!

First one had a HUGE crack across the entire screen. Best Buy made a huge deal about exchange it. The took the second one out and said, "It's not cracked" They did not take it out of the sleeve when they inspected it. I took it out when I got home and there was indeed a single impact on the edge and a small crack. I started to ignore it, but it's $50. There is no reason to accept it broken. I will try and exchange it again tonight. I don't know if Best Buy will exchange it though. Last night they acted like I was trying to lift the Mona Lisa.

I tried to return it to Best Buy with the receipt but they would not give me credit they told me to notify the map manufacturer which I did they will be sending me want a new one

Difficult to use with apple pen. Had a very rubber feel to the screen. We returned to the store as unusable.

This was too thick to fit on her ipad 2. So air would get up under it and you could not see the screen.

So happy I purchased this glass shield I drop it almost everyday and it still looks brand new

Very disappointed, finger prints and such are a constant cleaning mess. Have to constantly clean , not my expectation.

Doesn’t stick well around the edges.means I will be buying some more....?

Bought this fir my new iPad mini but I didn’t get it on right and it had bubbles and I threw it away next time I will take it to Best Buy to see if they can put it on for me

Unhappy. The guarantee did not meet my understanding. Product breaks and chips and the replacement costs are high even with the guarantee

Did not fit my iPad and had to return it. Don’t understand but I’m still out of protector and risking my screen to crack.

Good screen cover didn’t fit iPad was sold by the staff at Best Buy but didn’t work stuck with wrong screen.

This Screen protector cracked less than a week. I ordered something from Groupon that so far has held up and it’s been over a month.

Came smashed and bent. Had taken off last cover when I opened it

Returned. Thought this was a flexible screen protector, but turned out to be hard glass. Not what I was looking for.

Broke after one use and isn’t worth it just go with another brand

I have bought zagg glass screen protectors for years now and they never fail. Easy self install and great quality.

I returned this because I could get a 3 pack for half the price.

came in broken and i live a FAR distance away from another best buy! they wouldnt ship it.

It will protect my mini 4 from everything. Cost is also great for the price.
