    This Zagg model is better than the upgraded version that has more protection, if performance is your priority. Because this Zagg had zero protection, and I knew that when I bought it. This is because I returned the other Zagg for performance issues. It does NOT automatically become the default keyboard when going into Safari or texting. You must first hit the "on" button, and repeatedly hit the space bar to wake it up. Apple's keyboard is the only brand that does not do this, but it does not hold onto the ipad safely (had to replace mine when it fell out). I've had all that Best Buy sells, and they all do that. NOW, I charged my purchase with the Brydge keyboard, plus the extened warranty. When I exchanged for this keyboard, they would only give me a store credit. I don't get that. Why would they not credit my card????? I will eventually use the credit, and that will be it for Best Buy. I will look there and buy on Amazon going forward!!!!

    It’s held up very well for me. Maybe my only concern is the tab that holds the iPad up, if you accidentally put too much pressure on the iPad it may break the tab over time. So be careful. It seems to drain the battery of the iPad quicker I notice.

    Over all great case for adults, wound not recommend for children as it does not protect all corners. Would love if the keyboard ran off the iPad batter instead of having to charge it.
