I’ve only had it for a few months and I already have buttons popping off.

Maybe it’s operator error, but I tip it over when I use touch screen. It’s okay though.

Bought this as a gift. Constant problems. Would not recommend.

Poorly built. My iPad wouldn't stay in place because the latch didn't hold it securely. This is a very cheaply built case and I wouldn't recommend it.

I thought it had a lighted keyboard. I don’t know if I can get near a Best Buy again

I loved this until I went to put a question mark on my document. I hit shift and the question mark key and I get this _ Yeah. It’s not a question mark. All of the non letter keys are like that. I never know what Ím going to get. You can see what it does for the apostrophe )look at Ï´m= Best Buy doesńt have them in stock so I cańt replace it at the store and when I call ZAGG they tell me it will cost 9.99 to replace this one. I will NEVER buy another one of their products.

Part of keyboard stop working after 6 mths........

Issues exist between BestBuy and PayPal. I was charged twice and sent a duplicate order. It took over 3 weeks to get the situation resolved without any apologies from BestBuy. $421.98 was not a small amount to have go missing for 3 weeks!

At first the product looked good, but it sped stopped meowing after a few weeks. The battery doesn’t hold charge. I purchased the the extended warranty. Have been waiting in line at Best Buy for over an hour. Did the customer service line. They told me to find a similar products. Everything cost at least twice as much. They asked me to do the line in the back of the store. Bad customer support.

Great to start with, but then the keys stopped working intermittently. Very flimsy keyboard. Not a fan, especially for the cost. I returned it to the store.

Case was ok, thick and the keys have fallen off the keyboard repeatedly. Called Zagg and customer service was poor. Overpriced and under supported with poor workmanship.

Initially great, but a few keys stopped working two months after it arrived. I have to pay for a new one through the warranty.

Horrible it says it fits my iPad spent a big amount of money plus shipping and it don’t fit at all !

You have an iPad, so just use it - don't fall prey to the nonsense of an additional keyboard

Serves it’s purpose, a little bulky but does what it’s supposed to.

Super flimsy, works well but once you have a Magic Keyboard this seems cheap

I cannot connect the keyboard to my iPad all the time.

The keyboard was slightly bowed toward the screen when folded. I didn’t think it was a big deal until I realized it ruined my iPad screen. Could be that I just got a faulty one. But I had to get my iPad screen fixed, not worth saving money on this cheap keyboard

It’s to thin so it breaks easy it doesn’t automatically connect to your WiFi.

This keyboard was cheaper than the apple version I bought, functional, light weight, easy to use, was a great buy overall & does exactly what I need it to do.
