The case is difficult to use. Durable but not easy

Keyboard battery would not hold a charge, even when plugged in overnight. Calls to Zagg support not helpful. This was 2nd one we bought, first from amazon. Both had same problem. Returned both. Nice case, but wanted it for the keyboard

Worked great at first, now lags and uses random symbols on Microsoft Word and on Notes app. Very disappointed.

Did not fit my iPad even though I was told it would fit just fine when purchased in-store by the attendant.

Didn’t like it at all. It would stand up like the picture on the box.

iPad cover is lousy. Slip frequently. I expect from ZAGG better product

We bought 2 of these. One had broken keys, so it wasn’t going to work. Another issue is that they do not charge on the iPad, so you will have to buy a separate cord to charge the keyboard. It didn’t come with a charger. Both have been returned

I really liked the idea of this but it fell short. When you remove the iPad from the keyboard folio the case look awful like it is missing peices. And there is a large ridge on the keyboard under the space bar that drove me nuts. I returned the next day

I don't know if the keyboard works all that well, because it arrived without a charger and without an instruction manual. These items were listed on the box, so I guess Best Buy sent me one that had been previously used and returned.

Don’t like the way the iPad falls off when closing it up!

I have had this for several weeks now and am more and more convinced that it is a great choice and pairing a keyboard with the iPad makes it so much more usable. The keyboard is excellent, the case offers great protection, both with the keyboard and when the iPad portion is detached. The backlit keys are also very useful, especially with 7 colors and 3 levels of brightness. I considered Apple’s Smart Keyboard, but it offers virtually no protection, the keys have a mushy feel and aren’t even back lit - and it cost significantly more. Logitech’s keyboard/case for the 10.9 inch iPad looks to be very nice, but the stand support makes it unusable on anything but a hard surface - not your lap, so a non starter for me. The only downside is that it doubles the weight and thickness of the iPad Air (and you’ll never again see whatever color your iPad is), but it a worthwhile trade off.

Great keyboard and case! Love them both. The case offers decent protection and feels good in the hands. The keyboard is easy to setup and use and typing on it is quite satisfying. I also highly recommend the Zagg stylus pen as well!

It sucks. Tried to pair 2 separate keyboards. Neither one would charge or pair to my iPad.

Arrived the day after I ordered it. There were no reviews so I was skeptical. This case/keyboard combo certainly gets the job done. I love that I can easily separate the iPad from the keyboard when I don’t need the keyboard. Works great for Zoom calls with the multiple viewing angles. The keyboard experience is great. Plenty of feedback and the keys are backlit. That’s a nice touch because I use mine in the dark all of the time. This combo has been a great laptop replacement. The battery life on the keyboard is incredible and the case has never separated from the iPad inadvertently. The magnets are pretty strong. I can not speak to the pencil slot, mainly because I don’t have one, but the slot doesn’t get in the way and is not intrusive if you don’t have one like other combo cases I have seen.

Great purchase!! Easy connect, has long lasting battery. Love that you can remove the iPad from the keyboard. Able to change the color of the keyboard led lights, also the typing on the keyboard is very smooth.

This has been a good purchase. I can remove the ipad from the keyboard if I don't need it and use the back as a protector. The keyboard has a good feel and I can switch it from the ipad to my iphone. Battery life on the keyboard has not been an issue.

Not bad. Does what was design to do. Good price. Will recomend if thats what you looking for. Funny thing at first i thought the back was folded in a way that it extended and just holded it the ipad like that . Weird pic.

This Keyboard is great! The only two problems I have with this is that connecting it with a iPad Air 4th Gen was a little bit of a struggle and the actual keyboard it self isn't black but grey. Other than those two things the keyboard is Great.

This is a amazing keyboard never used one this amazing it is what every college student needs instead of a mac
