Ive had this item for a month now and kt just stopped connecting. Battery is full, it just wont connect to bluetooth even after disconnecting

Did not fit my ipad Air 5 th generation as stated. The opening for the camera was off centered making the cover lift in the corner and not fit correctly. Returned!
