So 60 days out I'm $70 into a phone case and a company that has refused to send my replacement.

I ordered the phone for this case in February for the March 11 release. After a 2 week delay from Best Buy, I have yet to receive the phone and cant cancel the order due to fed ex now apparently losing the package. What a miserable experience. Mean while my current phone only works on Wifi because the new service transferred over to the new phone....
