Purchase ZAGG Rugged Go Keyboard Gen 3

I told her I wanted a Keboard, not the Apple. She grabbed the Zagg Rugged Go. When I got home I didn't need to use the Key board. It set new in the box 45 days. When I finally got around to unboxing it, I found it was a Generation 3 Keyboard for my IPAD Pro Gen 4, Would NOT FUNCTION. Was in the Store yesterday, the Geek agent looked it up and said, it was correct, it is not correct, incompatible. Requires Gen 4. $169.00 purchase price This was not my fault, yet Best Buy takes no responsibility, I spent 1700.00 on the purchase that day. They literally hung up on the phone twice. Virus or not, Best Buy is not the same Customer service oriented Business I was use to so many years.

Stand falls down not very user friendly at all. Needs a handle! Or maybe just redesign it that would be good. Just not worth the money

Did not fit and was broken
