Not what I expected.

I'm NOT Happy!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have two of these, both new and both connect to the Bluetooth but the keyboard fails to transmit to the iPad. I call Apple and they wash their hands of the issue. Then I talk to Zagg and haven't got ant resolution to the problem. I have a brand new 4th Gen iPad and can't use the keyboard after trying everything that has been suggested multiple times.

Sent me wrong keyboard

There was no paperwork in the box it was delivered in so I had no way of returning it. Do not recommend making a purchase over the internet with Best Buy

We can start with the shell that goes on screen. ZAGG shell add an extra 1/4 to each side making your ipad less mobile. Keyboard no better..... Logitech is the way to go
