I should note that this product is designed for "air" and does not have openings that line up well with standard IPAD. Keybord does not respond well with the IPAD and even a IT technician had no success.

This product looks like just the right blend of utility and protection! Sadly the utility of a wireless keyboard is a failure with the iPad I use!

I purchased an Apple IPad Pro 9.7", and also wanted a case for it. They sold me a case for an air 2 because they said it was the same. The speakers are covered up. The backlight on the keyboard doesn't stay on very long. I will be returning it for the proper case.

The camera hole does not align correctly. So you photograph a black line. Left in the box too long to find the keyboard does not work, and it is too late to return. Garbage.

I returned it - made the Ipad way too heavy, not what I wanted at all.

The case is well made and sturdy and protect thr I-pad well. The keyboard has never functioned and isn't read by the pad.

Let me begin by saying I had reservations about paying 150 bucks for a keyboard/case. However, after purchasing this case I have absolutely no regrets. It is an absolutely perfect compliment to the iPad Air. It is everything that I've ever wanted in a case: ~ Sturdy ~ Very Attractive ~ Not a fingerprint magnet ~ Great Keyboard ~ Versatile I have owned most of the more well known cases but this one is the only one that has everything I want in a case. It eliminates the need for me to ever carry my laptop. In my opinion it is nearly perfect.

Owned other keyboards and they didnt stay connected to bluetooth. This Zagg has stayed connected for over 2 months now. Great protection plus long battery life. Not so sure about the 2 year keeps a charge thing because I had to charge mine after 6 weeks. But im a heavy iPad user.Over all well worth the extra bucks you have to pay for this one.

Want a keyboard that would allow me to use my IPad Air as a laptop and give it significant protection and this was it. Very intuitive device, very easy to set up. I liked the fact that you can change the backlight colors on the keyboard.

I've had this product for about a month now. It has been good. Compared to a similar product I had before, this one is a whole lot sturdier. I haven't had any major falls but it does protect well against bending in my backpack. The keyboard is also nice in that it more closely matches the layout of a regular computer keyboard. This avoids annoying typos and other errors for touch typists. One complaint is that the on-screen keyboard will not go away. Other keyboard I've used will remove that automatically when it connects.

I'm on my second keyboard case for the iPad air. I had the logitech thin but it broke one of the retaining clips pretty early into its use. I went with the Zagg Rugged because of its bulk and protection. The keyboard has a great feel and is well protected. The case is heavy duty and does add to the bulk, but I don't find that a problem as it is used quite a bit in a high school classroom and on the road as a portable teleprompter for field production. I already had the zagg invisible glass shield, which fit just fine in the housing so I don't anticipate the screen protection being a problem. It's not weather proof, but I don't need it to be, although it would be a nice extra for the price. Overall, great build, utility and ease of use. Weather resistance and a drop to the below $100 would be the only nice adds.
