This is a heavy duty protector that provides excellent screen protection. As advertised, the fingerprint smudges don't show (for the most part). When they do, it is easy to wipe clean. However, the texture of this cover interferes with the screen sharpness. It makes photos and videos appear pixelated rather than sharp.

While I am sure that this product will protect the display, I just could not stand the level of image quality that was lost after installing it. I took mine off the next day.

This screen is not worth the extra $5 and makes everything fuzzy and unclear. Go with the clear screen!

It's a difficult process to apply film to iPad. My application came out terrible, so I had to throw it out. I contacted Best Buy and they didn't care in the least bit suggesting that if a Best Buy geek would have put it, I could have gotten my money back...Nowhere in the aisle or upon checkout did anyone recommend that a technician should apply this product on my iPad. This is NOT a consumer friendly product. A total waste of money and Best Buy's customer service on this purchase was horrible!!!!!

Purchased this with my IPad, only to replace it a week later with a different screen protector. This screen protectoer made the screen very grainy looking to the point it was rough on the eyes to use.

Don't buy this. It blurs the screen and makes your very nice iPad2 display look terrible. My wife bought the glossy Zagg protector and it works much better. I have found the cheaper screen protectors to be a better value. This thing is not worth $35.

This screen protector is a good piece of theory. The screen is very muddled when you actually put it on. The smudges do not stay and it is anti-glare. Those two aspects are great. I recently had an issue with my iPad and apple exchanged it. It was 9 months old. To exchange the iPad I had to take my old screen protector off. It was very yellow and tinted the screen. The lifetime warranty applies to yellowing. So I decided to inquire as to how to get it replaced. I am not going to try to explain their complicated "warranty" so check it out on your own. READ THE WARRANTY BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!!

You have to press hard to get rid of bubbles but the material is way too soft for that, causing the fitting extremely difficult and off line. And why $30? I have had iPhone for more than 3 years and never had this problem with cheaper & harder materials. I will dump this tomorrow.

We purchased an ipad with a standard film. The ipad went bad so when we exchanged it the only had the non glare available. The difference is considerable. We were very happy with the original but the non glare makes it hard to read small text and pictures seem pixilated. Can we get credit to get the original back on our ipad?

I think that screen protector does most of what it claims to do. Most importantly it does protect the screen and decrease the glare for those of us who like to use it while soaking up the sun. The image isn't brilliantly clear, but that is do to the glare resistant film. In addition... if your screen take a blow from a blunt object... lets say... flying remote? the screen protector might bubble just a bit, but i was able to smooth it back out to almost perfect. i also have a hard cover binder on mine and the screen protector is bubbling where one of the prongs lays into it. i guess i recommend giving your screen protector a couple of days to "cure" before applying any pressure to it. i feel its a little over priced especially since a person could potentially mess it up getting it on. do not apply by lining up with the side of the screen... your back button will potentially be out of alignment if you do so... i think it warns you of that in the directions. all in all. its a decent product... just a little high priced

This is an awful product. Makes the screen blurry, makes it difficult to see detail...hard to put on. Waste of money!!!

This shield is absolutely terrible. It was a nightmare applying it as it took hours putting it on and it streches so easily. This product is definitely not worth the money!

I bought this piece of crapola from a BestBuy here in Atlanta. It came highly recommended by the staff. I paid $29 or so for it and $15 extra to have it professionally installed by the Geek Squad. I started out with a great iPad2 and ended up with a pixelated screen whose quality could rival a 1982 Zenith color tv perhaps. Best Buy should know better than to peddle this stuff.

I found this shield to be hard to install. After installing and waiting the 24-48 hours for it to "settle", I found that the clarity of the images on the screen was compromised. The image after installing this shield became grainy. The "non-smudge" characteristic does seem to do the job as far as fingerpints go. I think you probably sacrifice the clarity for the non-smudge performance.

This product does protect the screen well. However, it adds a grainy look especially when the screen is on low light setting. Been using it since I bought the iPad2 but would like to see a clearer view. The price is way too high.

This product is terrible and way overpriced for a 2x2 chamois, special water spray bottle and a rubber squeegee. Yay! The film is a joke. It's like putting up wall paper and then your beautiful iPad screen looks a place mat. Product needs to be discontinued and all customers who bought this should be refunded.

I bought this to reduce glare and had it applied at best buy, they did a great job putting it on but it makes the screen look terrible, it reduces the definition substantially and causes the screen to have a rainbow effect which is very distracting. Am going to be calling and complaining to best buy when they open. I read reviews online and it seems that the power support HD anti glare protector is the only anti glare that doesn't make your screen look bad.

This screen cover distorts whatever image is displayed on the iPad2. It also does not have a natural feel to it when trying to scroll. The feel is textured instead of smooth. I returned it for a refund.

I find the Shield is not so invisible. Without the shield my IPad is clear, with the Shield it appears blurry. I intend to have the shield removed.

Thought this would be a great screen protector, but it made the picture really fuzzy. It hurt my eyes after looking at it for a while. Returned it to best buy and they put on the regular old Zagg invisible shield screen protector at no charge. Thanks best buy!
