The anti glare feature of the screen protector creates a grainy appearance. I had the screen protector installed at BB and they did a great job. I would probably chose the standard protector next time. Never the less a quality product.

The screen protector was thick and protected well, but it blurred the vision of the screen. I only lasted about a week before ripping it off and throwing it away.

I bought 2 of the film protectors for 2 different iPads. One had a crease accross it and it was the one I opened first. Since I had no experience with them I figured it was ok. Wrong! The crease is still there. The second one clouds the view of the iPad. For $30 I thought it should be top notch, but they are totally junk, and we did read the instructions and followed them closely.

This screen protector left such a haze on my screen that after spending all that money on it I could only take it for about a week and had to buy a new kind .... After taking it off it was like getting high def back on my iPad, everything became crystal clear again .... Don't waste yor money like I did!

Save your money for something else for you iPad 2. This is a horrible screen protector. This thing distorts the screen image that I can see the individual pixels of color that form a picture. I've written many reviews before for other products, so please trust me on this one. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT FOR YOUR PHONE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. I want to give this product 0 stars but that wasn't even an option.

It makes the screen look so blurry that my eyes are starting to hurt. Not like the other zagg products. I hope best buy will take it back.

I am very happy with the Zagg cover for my Ipod touch but do not like the Zagg cover for the Ipad 2. It makes the screen WAY too grainy. Too bad I cannot return it.....I don't like it all. Wasted expense.

Great product that was very easy to install. Except it seems like the screen isn't as clear as it should be.

It is difficult to put this screen saver on without any bubbles or without attracting small pieces of dust.

It was a two person operation to hold the film while applying the "application solution" that failed horribly. Its very difficult to center on the first attempt, if you dont get it on the first attempt, pulling the film back off the Ipad seems to bend or dimply the film. When you attempt to put it down a second time, it now has a permanent airbubble. The squeegie works fine for the majority of the bubbles but wont get out bubbles where the fim is stretched. Also, dont plan on using your IPad for 24 hours. It recommends 24hrs for the application solution to dry.

A screen protector...yes. But that's about it. It really decreases the screen resolution to the level that it;'s a waste on the New iPad. It distorts the screen and I'm about ready to remove it a throw it in the trash. It defeats the whole HD concept of the new iPad. Very Dissapointed.

It protects the screen well however, the picture is distorted from the product. I am getting a different one today.

The salesperson suggested this for my iPad 4. 'Makes it look all grainy not like HD at all. Return this and buy the HD version. Let Geek Squad install it. They guarantee your satisfaction. Don't worry if bubbles appear. It will be gone mostly if not all within 24 hours. May take 2-3 days for it to all go away. If not ask to have it redone.

The Zagg does reduce glare and make the iPad readable outdoors, but it introduces a graininess to the screen that absolutely ruins that beautiful iPad display and detail. I coped for two days and then ripped it off the iPad.

This certainly was disappointing. Instantly dulled the screen, still usefull but not the "hd" and messes up a stylus pen. Installation was doable with patience and they do provide the tools to do it. I'm glad to see a product actually made in the USA but there needs to be a disclaimer saying image quality will be reduced. Recommended for outdoor readers only, otherwise a normal screen protector or case will suffice.

I bought the protection plan with this and feel ripped off. It does protect the screen, but the view is grainy looking once it is put on. The ipad tracking is not as sensitive with it on either. It screws you up on games. I want to tare it off, but feel like I would be wasting my money if I did it this soon after buying the ipad.

This has been a good screen protector, provides some glare reduction in sunlight, probably more smudge proof than an invisible shield, but still shows some fingerprints. Makes some pictures and videos look a bit grainy (don't know if that is a good description or not) Kind of reminds me of my old Dell laptop screen that wasn't a glossy but rather the other kind of lcd screen. Not a deal breaker for me though, it doesn't hurt image/video quality too much. Not too bad to install, easy enough that it wasn't worth paying Geek Squad another $12 to install.

Very expensive product that totally distorts the quality of the iPad2 picture quality

I spent a ton a a new IPad to take advantage of the high resolution. The non-smudge surface of this shield makes the image look blurry. If I hadn't spent so much money buying this over-priced shield, I would throw it away and go naked or replace it with a clear shield. It is like looking at something through frosted glass.

I returned this product for 2 reasons. One was there was a manufacturing defect which rendered a visible distorted line across the screen. The other is the screen overlay itself seriously reduces the quality and clarity of the iPad display. Apparently the smudge-resistant surface (which works, by the way) is a big compromise. Do you want to deal with a beautiful display with finger smudges that easily wipe off, or deal with a display that is not nearly as clear and sharp as it should be full time? If you must have a screen protector, don't get this one.
