A decent shield to protect your ipad. I feel comfortable that there will not be any screen damage. This was installed by the Geek Squad, so I cannot comment on the ease of installation.

This screen protector works great and I love the lifetime warranty. So far I haven't had to use the warranty so I can't say how customer service for this product is. But I like the fact that it has a lifetime warranty. I had best buy put in on because I read a lot of comments about how hard it is to put a screen saver on an ipad. They did a great job, but it took them quite a few minutes.

Lots of people complain that it's difficult to install, but i think it's really easy. I have one on both iPods, GPS device, Samsung Galaxy Tablet and iPad. I've installed them for friends as well. Great product!!

I bought this and installed it myself at home. It was very tough to try to get it perfect. When i got done my screen looked bad. Airbubbles everywhere and very hazy. I initoally thought i just waisted 30your bucks. Turns put around 2411 hours later the bubbles and hazieness went away and my screen looked normal. I was pleased and now it has protection! Touchscreen is slightly degraded one put of every 50thing touches, but still worth it. I will probably get a mustang new one in 6the months, but gor now its great!

This was my first experience with any kind of Apple product screen protector. The installation instructions and kit were glued inside the package so I wasn't even aware of their existence. An Apple-aware neighbor helped me install the shield after my failed attempt without the tools. I'd say the price is high by a factor of 2 or 3.

I've tried numerous screen protectors for various portable devices. This is by far the best for longevity and overall fit.

It takes someone who is really familiar with screen protector application to get this on straight and in place.

Having it makes me feel less concerned about handling it, no scratches to fret over and it wipes clean easily..

This is great screen cover. But it is a little difficult to put on perfectly. Which can be frustrating.

I purchased the Zagg screen protector for my iPad (3rd gen) on release day and had it installed at Best Buy. Probably one of the best purchases I've ever mad for my iPad. Great construction, awesome warranty and looks great

I've had a Zagg shield on my iPhone 4 for about a year and a half and it's been great, so I decided to get one for my new iPad, even though it does make the screen not as nice to touch. I paid the extra $15 to have BB install it and the install was great, no bubbles or anything, but it didn't quite fit the screen. There's about a cm gap between where the shield ends and the screen ends all the way around, which isn't a big deal to me, I was just a little surprised because the one on my iPhone fits the screen perfect. After about 36 hours of having it on, I noticed a line on the bottom of the screen that is about two inches long and it's a completely straight vertical line that is really bright and reflects colors to make it look kind of like a rainbow. It's really noticeable against the screen when the background is light, or white and not quite as noticeable against the screen when its black. When I noticed it I immediately googled lines on zagg shield and there are reviews everywhere talking about the "rainbow lines" and apparently Zagg does not consider them to be a defect so they will not send you a new screen cover. This is a big problem for me because the line is extremely noticeably and makes the screen look a lot worse, and while there is only one line now, there are a couple of other very faint ones that I can see, so it seems like more are going to show up soon. This line makes me want to take the whole screen cover off, and I would not ever purchase a Zagg shield again unless these lines are guaranteed not to show up again.

I didn't install it myself but it's a great product! I'm very impressed with zagg on this product. The price was worth protecting a 700 dollar investment. The retina display is not blurred at all. Thank you Zagg!

Fairly easy to install myself. Clear and protects the screen really well.

This is an excellent product. I am glad that I had a technician at Best Buy install it for me since even the technicial had trouble installing it. Once installed correctly, it stays in place with no air bubbles. It provides excellent protection to the screen.

I had it installed at the store. It was worth the extra cost to avoid the bubbles and dust specks. They also had HD screen covers. Have I lost the iPad 3 HD retina effect by not getting one of them? Don't know. The salesman said this one's better because the marks from applying the HD screen can remain visible. Guess I need to compare my screen to one without a screen cover.

Well, I got this screen protector while I purchased the new iPad. The reason I purchased this has being there aren’t too many choices when The New iPad released. I didn’t know the iPad2 screen protector would also work on The New iPad, otherwise I would get my usual EXiM brand screen protector on Ebay instead. Actually, I didn’t know what I was dealing with before I go with this screen protector. I didn’t know it is “Wet Process” screen protector, which is very rare in the market. Most of the screen protector are using either static, or ultra low adhesion removable adhesive. Thank God that BestBuy installed for me, otherwise I might damage my iPad with too much liquid on it. If you want to get this, I strongly suggest you go on YouTube and see how to install this thing, I bet most of you would back off! (deduct one star) So, BestBuy installed this for me almost flawlessly, it could be worse if I install by myself. However, the first thing I noticed is that the Zagg screen protector has texture on it. No matter how clear it is, it has the texture on it. The texture makes the screen look ugly. More over, it is a hint of slightly yellowish color on it, so it makes the screen protector very noticible. The reason for getting The New iPad” is most for its screen resolution and retina display, Zagg screen protector totally killed it, it defeated the purpose. Yes, it might be very taugh screen protector, but it also makes the screen worse than it supposed to be. I don’t just say it, I own another The New iPad for my wife, and I applied a very very cheap made screen protector from Ebay, which only costed me $1.00. (YES, ONE dollar include shipping). This cheap made screen protector aren’t like the EXiM I mentioned before, it’s not very well made, but still, it makes my wife’s The New iPad looks great, brighter, and crisper than mine. The cheap made screen protector is not super clear like EXiM brand when holding on the hands, but after apply, you almost couldn’t tell there are a screen protector on it. Zagg is $29.99, very expensive, and it called itself “Invisible Shield”, while it is VERY VISIBLE. (Deduct another star) Moreover, the texture on the screen protector is not only make the screen resolution and brightness suffer, it also made the touch screen lesser response. Two reason, one is the Zagg is too thick, the Apple touch screen is Capacitive, too thick of screen protector will make the electric harder to transfer. Another reason is that Zagg is textured, it creats resistance to our finger, it doesn’t feel smooth at all. With the cheap made screen protector on my wife’s screen, the touch is more responsive, and much smooth to surf around on the screen with the finger tips. (Deduct the 3rd star) Other from the previous 3 negative points, Zagg is very very strong, perhaps the strongest screen protector on the market right now. The question is that Do we need to strong screen protector? or do we want to have smooth touch expenrience and better display? You can only choose either or if you go with Zagg.
