I have taken advantage of the Best Buy Warranty 4 times, this keyboard cracks in places and needs replaced about every 2 months.

I liked the case but it broke after a couple months and no longer has the ability to stay upright on its own. Will try to exchange it.

I like this case because it is lightweight and is easy to detach from the keyboard when you just want to use the iPad.

I'm a little surprised that this product hasn't received a better rating. From my 1 week of use perspective, this case/keyboard addresses many of the short comings found in similar products. 1. It's backlit- winning! 2. It doesn't add a ton of weight, yet it's sturdy 3. Did they say the battery lasts for 2 years on one charge? We'll see but if that's the case, well that's awesome! 4. The case part that holds the Ipad Air 2 covers the ENTIRE ipad. Some cases have had platic pieces that hold it in place and those break from popping the ipad in and out. I like that it acts like a bumper guard potecting the entire device. 5. The keyboard is comfy- maybe not if you have large hands 6. Another thing about the keyboard- they feel like real Macbook pro keys 7. My favorite feature- you can flip your ipad around in movie mode or hold it like a tradtional ipad with the keyboard behind. I LOVE this feature because sometimes I feel like using the keyboard, but sometimes I don't but I still want to have the keyboard with me. Anyway, highly recommend and happy I came across this gem. I researched a lot of products and was literally in the Best Buy aisle taking different ones out of cases and trying them out.

I really wanted to like this, I really did. It seems ideal to have the keyboard, the protection of a case, and the ability to separate them at all. After the first week the case broke, there is only a 2mm area on the case near the charging port connecting the case and it broke very very easily which led to the rest of the case to start flexing and breaking. Thinking that it was a fluke I exchanged it for another one. Same issue after a week. Ended up returning it and looking for something else.

So far this is the best keyboard and case I have found for both the ipad air2 ans well as the new one for the ipad pro 9.7

Great feel. Not lightweight, but not too heavy. Can be used on multiple Bluetooth devices. Excellent battery life!

I liked the design of the case, but after only having it for three days the case part that attached to the iPad cracked. Wish they made them a little more durable.

I bought this at the end of November. The hinge was extremely stiff - I had to pry it open. The iPad fits into a plastic shell that slides into the U-shaped hinge that attaches to the keyboard unit. Due to the stiffness of the hinge, the shell started to crack in 10 days. I exchanged it for another unit at Best Buys (great customer service- no problems with the exchange). The second unit had the same hinge problems as the first unit. The metal band fastened to the U-shaped hinge started to buckle and separate after opening and closing it 5 to 6 times. I contacted Zagg customer service on 12/22/2014 about this. The service rep confirmed they were getting calls about this model - the hinge was too stiff and difficult to open. I'm returning this model for a refund. My prior experience with Zagg for my iPad4 was great. This iPad Air2 model needs to be redesigned at the manufacturing end.

I have purchased products from Zagg in the past and have been pleased with the quality. This item is completely different. The case that houses the iPad is poorly constructed and it broke after two weeks. It is supposed to fit snugly into a metal channel that pivots for accessibility. This pivitoing mechanism is extremely rigid and causes damage to the plastic housing and iPad itself.

You can't say too much about the ZAGG line of products. They all do what they say, they protect your high tech gear, and you can't beat the warranty.

I got this for my granddaughter and she loves it. She has small hands, so the keyboard is perfect for her!

Great if you want to use your iPad Air as a laptop. It's a little heavy, but it has great battery power!

Liking it so far. Great case and keyboard. Looked at several options and this fit requirements and budget.

I like that the iPad is easy to detach from the keyboard and the price was cheaper then my old one.

I have dropped it a couple of times and it just goes back together, better than the previous version

The keyboard works well and is very light. It is also very durable which helps for us clumsy types.

Easy to connect. Stays connected once hooked up. Also is a nice protective case for the device.

Love the keyboard but it just is not right for the new iPad Pro. Speaker holes do not line up.
