This had so much potential, but the execution was very poor. The keyboard is great but the cover that snaps over thie iPad Air 2 is a very poor fit. It comes out of the case every time you open it, super annoying. Seems like they rushed it to market and didn't do a quality control. I am going to return this and wait for version 2.0. If they get it right.....

I bought this about 6 months ago, and the keyboard itself works great. I rarely fold up the case or remove the iPad, yet the plastic on the upper case and the keyboard's hinge broke so badly it wasn't usable. Zagg replaced it for free (I had to mail the old one back on my own dime), and one week later, the plastic on the new one is already cracked. Would not recommend due to this quality issue / design flaw.

This case is very poorly engineered. The keyboard itself functions quite well, but as a case it is useless. The hinge is extremely tight. I can't stress this enough. After just one day the iPad now snaps out of the case every time the hinges is moved open...very bad design. Stay away!

I love this Zagg iPad case. It is very durable and compact. Great for me as I'm on the go from meeting to meeting.

Bought two of these, one for my wife and one for me. Both of them broke within three months. Their customer service was helpful and they are shipping replacement keyboard cases as part of the warranty. I hope they made some changes over the last three months or I am concerned we'll be returning the second set quickly as well. So my "poor" rating is for the product and not reflective of their responsive customer service.

This is the 3rd zagg iPad Air 2 keyboard case i have been through in 2 years and i can tell you theyre all junk!!! Over priced and all 3 of them have broken. 1 the keyboard stopped working, the other the hinges broke and this one i just purchased came out of the box broken! Save your money and go with another company!

I love the concept but the case that holds the iPad is so flimsy. I had it for a week and it is cracked already. It is a bad fit also. It falls out. Very poor design. Not sure what zagg was thinking. Wish I could get my money back or at least a new version that is of standards

I am loving my new iPad Air 2! Very easy to use. Previously had a kindle fire, which I "outgrew". After recently purchasing an iPhone, I knew I wanted to stay with apple products. So glad that I did!!!

The case is worthless. First the hinge is so tight you cannot open it without the Ipad falling out of it. The case cracked within the first week of using it, but what was worst is the very first day the IPad came right out and fell to the floor breaking the screen! I work for the largest computer distributor globally and will make sure we do not recommend Zagg cases to anyone.

Had one prior that worked great this one is a piece of junk too hard to open it finally snapped three months and this is what I get for $80 Plus dollars
