product paired but I always had trouble using as a keyboard. I returned and purchased $4.99 keyboard which worked great!

Tried black cover in store, fit ok. Ordered red cover, when arrived the cover would not fit the IPad, sent it back.

Piece of junk it broke within the first 6 months. I bought a cheap one without a keyboard to replace it

Case is nice but key board does not work it won't stay charged.

It didn't even last two months. Don't buy it. It's a piece of junk and not worth the money.

Poor quality. Cracks within 3 months. Zag replaces it but same thing it breaks right away.

This keyboard was awkward to use and several of the keys stuck. Returned it.

Didn't work from day one, used to protect my iPad.

This keyboard is great for my ipad. Easy to connect with the ipad. Battery holds charge for a long time. Only thing that could be better would be if it were lighter.

The hinge cracked somehow but the warranty is good and they sent out another for free. The battery is amazing. I use it everyday and I don't even use my macbook anymore. Its been over 4 months and the charge is still at around 75%. I don't even know where I put the charger because I have never had to use it. Only wish it had a backlight and that the charging port was wider for my amazon lightning cable.

We bought two actually, one in purple and one in red. The red cover is great. The purple had a factory issue... they had glued around the hinge. It wouldn't open and close easily, and we thought that was just the way it worked... until we started using the red one which was much easier. After only a couple of weeks of use, the purple cover cracked around the hinge from the stress. We returned it to Best Buy and they replaced it, no problem. Te second purple cover works just great.

This case seems to be well built, I purchased this case after getting my Ipad Air 2, Set up for Bluetooth is simple, No problems with the case or keyboard, The Internal Battery life is really good, I would have liked to have bought one with the light up keyboard, But Best Buy was out of stock, But this keyboard does the job well, The Ipad simply slides into the case, And you can charge the Ipad and the Keyboard separately through the ports without having to remove the Ipad, Well Designed, Zapp Makes Great Products, I also purchased the Zapp Invisible Shield Glass, for my Ipad and Phone, They both still look Brand New, No Scratches on my Case, or Screens! Better than Otterbox, Inside of a Otterbox your signal weakens, And your Device still Breaks! In a Zapp your Protected and No Problems with signal strength either.

At the time I purchased my Air 2 (Nov. 2014), this was one of the very few keyboard cases compatible AND available at Best Buy (the age-old Apple/third-party manufacturers gap...) There are many things I like about this case: I like being able to go back and forth between keyboard and touchscreen. The hinge is stiff so it easily holds the screen at multiple angles of your choosing. I tend to change the angle a lot, and the hinge handles this fine without loosening over time. Having a case like this allows you to rest your iPad on your lap or desk comfortably. Even when I'm just using the touch screen, the opened case makes an effortless "lap easel". Case-less, the new iPads are so thin my hands feel fatigued or crampy if I hold them very long. I like the added protection of the case. Overall, the keyboard works well. The keys are responsive, the layout is traditional QWERTY, comfortable, etc. There is just one thing that annoys me... I keep the keyboard on at all times, but sometimes the on-screen (digital) keyboard pops up out of no where and won't go away, even when I tap repeatedly on the "hide keyboard" key on the digital keyboard, or continue using the zagg keyboard. The on-screen digital keyboard takes up a ton of screen real estate, so when this happens it's pretty annoying. It doesn't happen all the time, but it's like a persistent bluetooth miscommunication and I find myself doing drastic things to make it go away, like closing and reopening the program I'm in. This might be one of those "technology is great but not perfect" things. Overall I'm pretty happy with the functionality of this case.

I have owned this keyboard for about 6 months and have been satisfied with it. The iPad fits snugly into the top part turning it into a mini laptop. The iPad is easy to remove if you want to switch it to another case. The keyboard is also easy to pair, is well made and offers some protection for the iPad. I dropped mine from about two or three feet onto a hardwood floor with no damage to the case or iPad. The case does make the iPad a little heavier than I would have liked but overall I am satisfied with it and would recommend it.

Bought this as I like the slim design at first. But after only 2 months of light adult use the hinges are coming apart. This seriously makes me question the long term reliability of this product. Don't even think about getting this one for your kid, it will not last. I wanted to like this product. I will say the keyboard worked great and the charge lasted the entire 2 months so far. But at this price......it should be designed to withstand normal intended use. This is the second product from Zaggs that I have had issues with their quality. I think I will be steering away from them in the future.

I love this case! The only thing I didn't realize was that the keyboard wasn't backlit. That would have been nice. Other than that, a great buy! I would recommend to anyone.

Works well, links easily. I've had it since the beginning of December, and haven't charged it yet. I wish there was a larger range of motion for the screen. However, if that is my only complaint I think I'm in pretty good shape. Lol The keyboard is not backlit; which when I started my shopping, I thought I really wanted that (It was on such a great cyber Monday sale that I bought it anyway). I found that I don't really need it. Typically use my iPad sitting on my couch, and the light from then tv/iPad is enough.

So I bought this case less then 6 months ago! I am the only person who uses the iPad and case. At the beginning, this case was great! The battery life of the keyboard is super long and (at the time) I would have totally recommended this case to anyone. However, considering the price of this product one would expect this to last beyond normal wear and tear. Considering I don't travel with it, unless you count bringing it from one room to the next, I can no longer use it! The problem is the plastic hinge connecting the iPad to the keyboard broke from normal wear and tear. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! After this broke, we returned to Best Buy and looked at another Zagg case, sadly in just trying to open the case, that too broke and we hadn't even made it out of the aisle. These products seem too pricey and poor quality.

This was a great accessory until the left side of the keyboard stopped working. I'm wondering if others have had this same issue. I have only had it for two months. They keyboard is a great size, and the case is sturdy enough to provide ample protection. I really love it and was really disappointed when several keys on the left side suddenly stopped working. Will try a different brand.
