I was very excited when I bought this as i thought it was a great idea. I realized quickly that I really didn't need a keypad for my iPad. When I have to type anything long I always use my laptop which is more comfortable. After a day or two I switched back to my flexible cover and gave the ZAFFfolio to a friend who travels a lot. It was perfect for him as he uses his iPad in airports and hotels a lot.

I had Zagg keyboards on my 2 previous ipads, I am disappointed with this one because it lost a lot of features compared to the previous models. First the ipad does not lock in securely to the slot and wobbles on its upper right hand side near the volume/power buttons. It also has lost the functionality of locking the screen when you close the keyboard. It also does not offer backlit keys and with the keyboard being black, it would be very hard to type and see the specific buttons in the dark. Would probably return the product when they offer a new keyboard in the next 60 days.

I bought mine about a week ago for my new ipad air2 and so far I have had no problems. My Ipad fits perfectly in the case. It paired up just fine and the keyboard works great.

We got this case for our daughter to use when she wants to use her iPad Air 2 as a laptop. There are also lots of times she doesn't need the keyboard and is fine with a lighter protective case, or when she wanted to use the iPad primarily as a camera. So it was important for her to be able to remove the iPad from the case with relative ease. When she first snapped the iPad Air 2 in to this folio, she really liked how it all worked and looked. But then she tried to remove the iPad and it was next to impossible. We were both worried that we'd break either the case or the iPad. I can see that being a plus for folks...the iPad is held in SECURELY. But for my daughter's needs, this wasn't a good fit and will be returned.

A solid and rugged case and keyboard for the iPad Air 2. Have bought two of these and have not had a any complaints.

The idea of this case is great, however if your one who opens and closes the case often the longevity isn't there. The weight of the iPad in the top case wears on the connection point to the bottom case. Went thru 3 cases in less than one year...

I have own this equipment for over a year and need to charged once a month. I'm not a heavy type but I uses the light to feel the ipad like a alien ware machine,

It looks good but afterward while it looses it's standing ability.Now when I put the IPad inside it.It falls down.The Bluetooth is good.It do last a long time.The longevity of the this Bluetooth is not good.If you're looking something for a few months,this is it & it look nice.

Two big problems with this case: the keyboard would double many keystrokes and the hinge that holds it open broke after just two months of normal use. Would not recommend - plus, no warranty is provided on it!

Very poor design. iPad Air 2 does not fit well in case...moves around in the top corners. Stated that sleep/wake works when opening and closing case....but it does not. Bluetooth sleeps with in 5 minutes of inactivity and then takes 4 or 5 seconds to reconnect...very annoying. I just returned it. Unfortunately, not a lot of keyboard cases for iPad Air 2 as of yet....I tried the Blekin also and it's even worse than the Zagg.

Great concept but wish it expand full 360 degrees.

This is a very nice product, had a nice feel to the case, provides a nice size keyboard for you iPad Air 2. The bad thing is it is very poorly designed. The first one I had lasted three months and the hinge broke so that the cover could not be opened or closed. I was not given the option for a refund but the cover was replaced. So with being extra, extra careful the replacement lasted about 4 months. Still not given the option of a refund.

I just bought this for my son in September for school, since having the keyboard is much easier when taking notes in school.. I WAS warned that it breaks easy. Well today 11/12/2015 its broke and of course i didn't buy the warranty ....

I have sent in a complaint to Zagg about this case. When the iPad Air 2 goes to sleep the keyboard loses connectivity. When iPad awakes (open the lid) the keyboard does not connect quickly and the 'cache' that is supposed to keep what you typed doe not work either. I would like to love this case but cannot if the keyboard does not work. I am going to give this a little more time and see if I can get a fix from Zagg, otherwise I will try the new slim case/keyboard...

This is best bluetooth keyboard for my ipad air 2 it work's very well i love it cuz 1 bluetooth keyboard i bhought from Microcenter that wasn't work well so i did bring to microcenter then i bhought this from Bestbuy i will say only one word !!! Awesome !!!

As I'm typing this I am on my 6th Zagg Folio case from Best Buy since the first one was bought in May 2015. Not only are there many faulty purple and red keyboard cases (those were the two colors I've had over the 6 of them) out there, the hinge breaking on every single one one them, this also has to have been the LITERALLY WORST customer service experience I've ever had trying to exchange a product, ANYWHERE.

This was actually a decent case but the longevity sucks!! I bought two of these cases. One for me and my fiancé. His broke after 3 months and mine broke after 5 months. The hinges on this case does not last long at all. Everything was going well for both cases but one day when we opened our case, one of the hinges broke. Two different cases, same problem. Won't be purchasing this brand again.

Love this! Makes everything much simpler. Great battery life!

Lightweight, long battery life, good price for product.

Love the ZAGG FOLIO keyboard cases. The backlit keys allow for nighttime typing and the tablet fits perfectly in the top section of the section that adjusts back to a 135 degree viewing capability. I had a ZAGG FOLIO for a previous tablet and will continue to buy the ZAGG FOLIO for all future tablet purchases as well.
