Only worked when it wanted to. I had to add the keyboard every time I used it and sometimes it worked but usually it didnt. They sent me a new one as a replacement, and it never did work. They have a great replacement policy tho, too bad the keyboards don't work well.

Defective out of the box. Unit will not charge. Geek Squad was of no help. Really disappoints me about their service. It looks good but is useless if it doesn't work. I would have gotten an exchange but they don't carry it in store anymore.

I myself did not like this, I prefer to use the iPad for typing....it also kept falling down unless I typed lightly....the keys were hard to see for me.

The Bluetooth reception is defective. Once paired the paring last little more than a hour or two. I returned the device, got a replacemt which exhibited the same defect. This appears to be a structural defect with the color model of this keyboard.

The case cover jammed halfway open within six weeks. Admittedly it probably got higher than normal use, but, still... Six weeks?!?! Ended up having to break the cover off. Poor quality, wouldn't buy again or recommend.

I had the original version in black, which cracked all the way across at the hinge. I loved it so much I wanted a new one and thrilled when I saw they had new colors. Too bad they didn't improve the design.

I bought this with high hopes that it would work. It didn't work for long and I regret the purchase. Poor build quality. Unreliable and practically worthless. Too bad because it could have been great.

I would not recommend this item because the connection is weak and it is hard to handle. Also I fell it is very flimsy of a case keyboard combo.

Unpredictably, the keyboard simply shuts off. I have to turn the blue tooth off, then turn it on again, then resync the keyboard with the iPad. I hate it!

had it for 2 months...already broken...keyboard hinge broken :(

this keyboard is very very inferior quality not good craftsmanship would not recommend and would not purchase again

When the Ipad go's into sleep mode the keyboard doesn't come back when you wake it up.

There is no way a person can easily see the white letters on "sage" colored keys. I returned for a different color.

Poorly made and hinge cracked after less than a week of using.

Junk please don't buy. case feels very cheep and camera hole didn't line up
