Keyboard will not stay connected

The first one worked wonderful for over a year until I dropped it and it cracked. This replacement will not and I mean WILL NOT stay connected to the blue tooth. I have to re pare it all the time. So frustrating.

Had to return it

Initially she was very excited, but the keyboard kept losing connection and it was a several step process to get it to re-connect. The 2nd issue is that the iPad fits inside the cover and it's hard to get to the bottom of the screen.
