I will never use Best Buy for anything again, and will make a point of telling every shopper I can reach to never use your company!

I've tried disconnecting and re-pairing it multiple times, but it just doesn't work. And yes, before anyone asks, it is fully charged. Not impressed, especially for as much as it costs.
