It is very difficult to open. I have to slide the top cover over, get my finger under it and then pull it up. It is heavy and bulky which is contrary to the whole reason I bought the iPad. I am seriously considering buying a different cover.

I had this for a short time and returned after I realized it was not a very cost effective solution for my needs. If it were half the price, it would be worth it.

This product works in the way described. It is not the best products I used but for the price I am very happy

Works OK for minimal use. However, if you type fast letters will double up frequently. Would expect better for price

This is my third ZAGG keyboard and all have stopped working within the warranty period. First one lost keys. Second one stopped taking charge. Third stopped typing with keys at bottom of keyboard within a month after purchase. This time I asked for replacement on-line and found that was easy to get. Liked the warranty treatment, but would prefer a product that lasts for a while

My fingers are thick and wide. The keys are too close together. Really not for someone that just beginning to type.

Ok for the price. Pad has a tendency to want to slip out of the holding slot when typing on the keyboard

I think this keyboard was too expensive and it didn't fold correctly when in use.

Would not connect to Bluetooth. Did research and this product has history of not working

Keyboard does not work at all times. Have to turn off ipad and try again all the time.

Purchased for kids at Christmas. Within 30 days the leather case is worn out and has tears in the corners. The keyboard tabs are breaking off. The cost of the product is pricey for the poor quality of the product. This was not designed to open and close an iPad as much as my kids do. My kids still like the product because they like using a keyboard for their iPad and there's not much out there to purchase. They just have to be extremely careful when they open and close it. The best part was I was able to return And exchange for a new one because it wore out with the return policy.

It works but you have to charge it more often than others i have had.

Cool at night needs to be water proof also that it can come out of case.

The first one I purchased would not sync with the iPad. It was dysfunctional out of the box. I had to exchange it for another and the second one worked, but seriously, who has time to try to figure out why it won't sync and then go to the trouble of running back and forth to exchange it?

I recently received this keyboard case as a gift and I have to say that it is one of the better ones out there. I've tried numerous ones but the big issue is how bulky the keyboard cases make the iPad. Granted you can't beat the laws of physics, but there's some reasonable expectation. This case not only delivers on that expectation, but battery life is great. I'm able to go a whole day and a half on a full charge and keep on chugging. I use both Apple and Android devices so I always have a cable around to charge the keyboard and iPad. The keyboard feels great during regular use and doesn't feel cheap. It rests very nicely on your lap or desk and can easily fold up. It also uses the mag connector so it will put your iPad to sleep by just closing it. After buying and exchanging a few keyboards I finally found one that I plan on sticking with for awhile.

I bought this on a recommendation from the Best Buy employee. At first I loved it, so much so that I bought another one for my mother as a Christmas gift. After 2 months the battery stopped charging rendering the unit unusable so I exchanged it for another one. Now, 2 months later it's happening with the replacement. Good thing Best Buy stands behind their products but after 2 tries I'm giving up and switching to another manufacturer.

I bought an IPad Air and was looking fora case and the salesperson recommended this product . The case is nice but I use the touchscreen most of the time .

This keyboard was great while it worked. But 2 months later, the thing is DEAD. No lights, no power, no nothing. I'll be returning it this week!

First two weeks worked really good, easy and fast connection. Then started to fail and unconnect often, now does not connect, fails very frequently.
