    Cheap Plastic

The plastic that holds the phone was already broken when I took it out of the box. It was still useable and since this was the ONLY gift my daughter really wanted for Christmas I didn't bother with the hassle of exchanging. But then on the 11th day after opening the gift the other side broke. I TRIED EXCHANGING for the exact same item, but was told my the store manager that would not be allowed. It had only been 11 days since it was open. REFUSED to let me exchange, I didn't want a refund, just exchange for same item. I tried contacting Best Buy headquarters and was told they couldn't override the store managers decision. SO BEWARE if you buy from Best Buy you are buying their products AS IS. This has been an insane situation. Lesson learned, NEVER to buy from BEST BUY AGAIN.

There is no controller and no way to control a bracket game other than head movement. These glasses are way to expensive for the small amount of games it can play. I purchased a set for $30 that had a built in controller and had a Bluetooth controller that worked very well.

I got this to use with a an iOS app that's specific to FPV and my DJI P4. It works great but, flying in FPV takes a little getting used to. It's a little on the pricey side when compared to the Samsung goggles but it's definitely well made.

Very well made, great design and build quality. Doesn't feel cheap at all. My only complaint like most is the heat. My phone's get SO HOT with very little usage. Heat is a electronics killer so I had to take it back. Will try the Oculus.

Bought this for my girlfriends sons birthday. He was blown away when he got it setup and used it. He showed us some of the things about it and its pretty cool. There are lots of free apps in the app store for it as well.

The whole VR fad is still not ready for prime-time, and this is a prime example of that principle. The "universal" nature of the phone mount means that it while it fits anything, it doesn't do it well. There's no way to adjust the optics, so if your interpupillary distance doesn't match you're simply out of luck. I don't see a 3D image, I see two 2-D images that converge at the bottom of the field of view. For the price it would be nice to have something that was at least usable. Documentation is virtually nonexistent and the trigger cube provided with the unit is a toy that keeps you occupied for about 45 seconds. Compatible apps are scarce and there's no way to easily determine which apps are compatible or not.

We have had a limited time to enjoy these VR goggles, but what we have experienced has been crazy cool. Our 5 year old nephew loves them, even our 2 year old grand daughter loves them! Highly recommended for I phone users!

    Terrible product for Android/Google Cardboard

I wasn't expecting much for $10 (I purchased this on sale from Best Buy). It was worse than I expected. Google Cardboard really only has 1 input function - a magnetic button that simulates a screen tap. The Zeiss VR One Plus fails to implement that. To repeat: there is NO way to interact with the VR environment. Need to click a link to select a movie? No way to do it. And the way the phone drawer is designed, it tends to tear up screen protectors on the phone when inserting and removing the phone from the drawer. In my case, it destroyed a $20 screen protector.

Use caution with your eyes. My 10 year old asked me to return them as they hurt her eyes. I tried them and also experienced eye strain after 15 minutes of use. As for quality, the slide to insert the device catches.

GREAT TO USE, BUT IF YOU EXPECT TO BR ABLE TO "CLICK" FOR OPTIONS, IT WILL REQUIRE PLACING MAGNETS FROM YOUR LOCAL HARDWARE STORE INSIDE OR YOU SHOULD PURCHASE A MORE ADVANCED MODEL

My iPhones 6 wouldnt stay in place. It just isn't very user friendly. We purchased a cardboard box viewer online for $10 and it does pretty much the same thing.
