Great to with start with. Works well with Iphone6

The VR one is ok if you want a basic experience to VR with your Iphone6plus. The lens are big which gives better viewing than most VR and it accommodates people who wear eye glasses. It's light and easy to strap on comfortably. What I didn't like is that there are no hands-on controls on the VR One (like the Sansung VR Gear). Additionally quality Apps are VERY limited and for the price you pay $129, I would expect more compared to Samsung VR gear and/or better QUALITY Apps. However to get a general experience of what VR has to offer VR one is great as you can use with many phones including I phone6 plus. I took mine back because it got boring with the limited APPs and Functions and to keep having to scan GOOGLE BOX for VR apps gold old quick! .. I bit the bullet and purchased an Oculus rift which is another dimension in VR ...

No Lens Adjust. Limited Apps. Not work most phones

Because the lens are fixed, this headset will only work best with their apps. Lens quality of the headset is outstanding when used with their apps. Won't work, according to Amazon sellers, with 5 series or 7 series iPhones. I bought this and a Merge headset and returned this one. These are Cardboard type viewers, and Cardboard is the lowest quality VR experience. I have an Occulus Rift and there is no comparison, but the Merge headset was easy to use and works with nearly all phones. If you use an iPhone to play games, there are almost no controllers that actually work with iOS. If you have an Android phone, you will be able to get an inexpensive controller that works with nearly all apps. Have fun.

    Don't buy this VR!

If you have an iPhone, stay clear of this VR. The picture is extremely blurry and no adjustment will help. Claims to work with iPhone are false. I would also suspect there are similar issues with other phones although have only tried with iPhone.

    Expected better from Zeiss.

I have a s7 edge, and use the gear vr. I saw the ZEISS VR ONE PLUS in the store was excited to try it out. Besides the apps being blurry, there is light coming through the bottom. Maybe I need more directions to use this correctly, but right now it doesn't seem worth the effort. I really want to like this. Any suggestions?

I was going to write a very lengthy review but everyone of the reviews marked with a "1 Star" already explain it all. Manual is worthless, the only App that works is the roller coaster which is not very interesting, the cube that comes with it is fun for 30 seconds and does not allow you to pick an avatar for future games or use. I returned mine same day and my mom returned hers. You could by the Insignia cardboard one for 9.99 than this one. This company is profiting on customers who are excited and hopeful about VR and may not understand what they are really suppose to offer and do. Buy at your own risk.

    Unusable with IPhone6Plus cover

I bought the VR One Plus headset with great anticipation..but quickly discovered that if the iPhone has a permanent protective cover - it won't fit into the phone holder. You have to strip the phone cover off to allow the phone to fit.

I was excited for this when I received it for Christmas but quickly disappointed. The VR cinema app (1 of 2 actually made for this), only works with personal videos and doesn't even load videos from iCloud or iTunes, so it was pretty worthless. The other app is an AR app that lets you play with an avatar on a paper box, which has about 10 seconds of fun. Looking at other apps, the functionality is limited and your phone has to be adjusted just right. She me apps won't work at all. Worst of all, you have to take the phone out to change anything. There are no controls at all. This thing is the worst and I'm definitely taking it back as soon as I have the time.

Don't waste your time and money. Limited VR (free) videos for iPhone in the Apple store, no control on the headset itself like the Gear VR, and the tray adapter is too generic size wise to secure the phone in the headset. Additionally, you have to start the video you are watching prior to inserting phone adapter into the headset. The manual is terrible and the Zeiss website is even worse for support. And we read the reviews here after purchasing but before opening the box. Purchased for my wife...she was extremely disappointed and it was returned two days later.

There is no way to control the apps from the VR headset. Every time you have to select something like a video or do navigation, you have to remove your phone from the headset. There are some DIY videos on youtube to fix the problem but I wouldn't recommend it.
