For the money I shouldn’t be dealing with the app that goes with the headset to not be working properly because my phone is too new and their isn’t an updated app that works well with the overpriced headset!

I bought virtual reality headset for my 8-year-old grandson, and he enjoys playing with it. The only downside is that a Best Buy employee told me that you should limit the time of usage to a half hour or less, or there could be damage to the young eyes. Bummer.

I bought these for my son for Christmas and he has only played with them one time. I tried them and it is very realistic. I wouldn't buy them again. Obviously my son is not interested in them. I would recommend only if you are into virtual things.

Bought this for my son who has a Samsung Galaxy S6. It worked but it made his phone overheat. I tried my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and it overheated too. The lack of a remote control made it hard to play any games that needed you to point at. May work well with another brand.

I purchased these on sale for 1/2 price just to see what all the hype was about. They seem to be well made and sturdy and the kids really get a kick out of them. The downloadable software did not work well with my Galaxy S8.

They function how they should. Nothing special. I didn’t like how not many apps for iOS to work with vr so I returned.

Bought for my mother in law. She was so frustrated trying to get it to work, and then we all agreed that it wasn’t quite the experience we thought it was going to be. Good price point though, and did perform as it was supposed to.

It could be that we're not as technically savy as most people - and that's probably likely. But it was hard for us to find good VR apps. Or maybe it would've been nice for them to include where it's best to use them. It's still kind of confusing to use.

Not sure if it is my phone, or the headset or the lack of quality apps, but I thought this would be more immersive than it is. It is really cool for about 5 minutes - better just to go demo one at the store instead.

So I only paid 10$ which is why I didnt give it 2 stars. It doesnt have any buttons which makes it very hard to use. I haven't figured out how to couple it with a remote either. Lenses are good, just very limited.

it is a neat little gizmo that to be honest I bought because it was the newest thing. now it sits in a drawer because I am not much of a techno buff and can't really figure out more than the basic app uses. probably better for someone more tech savy.

I have been pleased with the unit and gave several as gifts for Xmas. I would have given it a 5, but I felt it should have come with a controller of some type. However, controllers are cheap and easy to obtain, aftermarket.

Bought it as a gift and the recipient let us all have a turn with it. It was amazing! You could really see 3-d images moving around. Plus the price was less than amazon! Actually the price was the same, but i bought it with paypal and Best Buy sent me a rebate. Both the shopping experience and the item were great.

Great visual definition. And,, it would have been helpful if directions included guidance in uploading aps for use with the VR One Plus. We had to figure this out on our own.

Dont get the excitement that was portrayed. VR quality isnt quite there yet in my opinion. Tried to return this product to Best Buy today with all original packaging and receipt as this was a Christmas gift from my husband. We celebrated Christmas late this year due to family schedules. Jake the store Supervisor denied my return as it was past the Jan. deadline for the return AND that it was opened! Of course it was opened! It was a Christmas gift. I was also denied store credit! It was very obvious Jake could care less about my satisfaction. I have purchased many items from Best Buy over the years ..including a $1K camera. ABSOLUTELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE to a once loyal buyer. No more!

Got this as a Christmas gift for my iPhone 6 plus and was a little apprehensive at first. After finding some apps and using VR Tube, we found this to be as entertaining as the TV commercials show them to be. A great gift.

Wasn't what I thought it would be. Should have read reviews before buying. Bought an off brand before buying this for a lot less and it works just as well (or better) than this one. Returned it.

The VR One is an "okay" product. Not impressive but not junk either. Can't wait until more Oculas Rift VR type systems come out and drive the pricing down to the affordability range.
