Great Add to the New Kitchen

Just had this hood installed over the weekend. The BestBuy team were on time and installed the hood quickly. It really finishes off our complete redo of the kitchen at an affordable price.

flawed-- blows out front 1/4 of both fans

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We waited about 9 months for this to get back into stock, and it looks great and is quiet, but there is a strong outward/downward wind that blows out the front of the range hood into your face so it sends cooking odors back into the room. It is coming from the front outside quarter of both fans. We had them come out again but the 2nd guy said install is fine, so we can choose a different one if we don't like the way this one works-- he had no comment on the outward draft other than that the installation was fine. This seems like a poor response, and it is odd it is getting great reviews from others. Given how long we waited for this one, it is a pain to now have to research other types/brands, or to have to wait to have another of the same installed, and risk that it works the same way. If this one was defective seems like that tech should have confirmed it vs just saying install was ok. Can't recommend this range hood.

Awfully low suction
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Its rated 400cfm, but the suction is awfully low. There is only 1 fan on the left side. It doesn't suck up any smoke from pan frying steak. Its awful.
