I didn't think this movie could get any better until they re-released the 4k UHD version. If you love this movie to begin with and own a 4k TV with HDR, this is a must have. The dolby atmos mix is amazing as well.

I was there on release day to get my steelbook. There were about 15 and by the end of the day there was only one left! It's pretty cool looking too. This is how steelbooks should be done - actually limited, minimalistic design with artwork on the back instead of printed text, inside artwork, embossed and/or debossed, and a shiny finish.

I was very eager to see this movie. I was not let down! This had everything you could ask for in a military movie. At times I felt as if I was there when things were happening. I like to get fully wrapped up in a movie and this Is on of my favorites.

This may be a movie depiction of the hunt for Bin Laden, but it is well done, shows the detail needed by our security services to track and find "the needle in the haystack", and conduct operations to remove our nations foes.

It's amazing how entertaining a story can be even though you already know the ending. I'm not sure how much of this is true and how much is embellished, but the movie keeps the tension high as the hunt moves forward. Some good gritty action sequences and a beautiful Jessica Chastain definitely add to the movie's appeal.

Many early 4k videos are simply upscaled Blue-rays and so the Blue-ray versions actually look better. Well not with the Harry Potter movies. These prints are true 4k recordings and the picture quality, particularly the depth of darker scenes, puts us right in the middle of the story.

This movie does a great job telling the story of those working behind the frontlines during the hunt for Osama. If you are a modern day history buff and enjoy war movies, this is a great watch!

After the Boston incident, I immediately wanted to watch the movie... again and again and again. It makes you feel great. An adrenaline rush. Too me, very emotional just because of everything that has happened since... But very PROUD of the movie

This was a very good movie so when the chance came to scoop up the bluray I did. It shows that dark places the USA went and the things they did. It is fairly true to the real story from what has been declassified and/or released.

Was very informative on the killing of Bin Laden, with the long timeframe to get approval to do it, and the problems that happened during the operation.

If you are looking for a movie that will explain what we were doing over in the middle east this is the one. take away the politics this was just a good movie about tracking and hunting down a man responsible for a huge death toll.

Great movie! Unfortunate the public doesn't know the individual Chastain portrays in the film. Very heroic , indeed! Movie itself is very powerful in showing what might have taken place during this event.

I tend to shy away from drama based on real events but shouldn't have with Zero Dark Thirty and Hurt Locker. Great camera work and pace; my college-age daughter and I can't help but get all wrapped up in the agent tracking down OBL.

Really enjoyed watching this again at home, looks great on the small screen. Very powerful performances and a great piece of film that captures a moment in our history.

This was one of the best films from last year's Oscar race. It's a great thriller that doesn't sacrifice plot and character in the name of explosions of action. It balances both.

Feels just as intense as ever. The black color tones are so deep, especially for a movie whose climax relies on darkness. It’s a transferred upgrade, but is noticeably better than the Blu-ray.

Jessica Chastain shines in this gritty and raw tale of capturing arguably the worlds most infamous terrorist. It looks absolutely brilliant in 4K and the HDR truly shines during the brighter scenes.

This is movie w/great actors/actresses and supporting cast of stars. To bad it didn't receive better as it def. deserved better. Telling the story of one of the most historical accomplishments in our US military/govt history. and in 4K Ultra high Def its remarkable visual.

Zero Dark Thirty is a good movie if you focus on the characters and their development. There is no doubt that everybody knows how the movie ends (in terms of events) but the characters and cinematography is very well done and worth seeing.

This is an extraordinary movie that never gets old for me despite its length. Includes ultraviolet digital copy that can be watched on all the main digital services like Vudu and ITunes etc.
