I read multiple reviews and watched several YouTube reviews and they all said this thing was awesome....I strongly disagree! This company's app is so outdated, the most current phone it will work with is the S9+ and they have no information on a release date of any newer Android phones. I spend 2 hours trying to link the camera to the gimbal before figuring out that the S20 isn't compatible. The gimbal itself was clumsy to balance the camera on but it had a nice feel and useful button design. I ended up buying the G6 after the "tech support" from Zhiyun gave me a BS email reply. If you have an older phone, maybe you'll love it but it's a big no for me!

I may have got a “lame” one. It worked okay for awhile, but always had issues trying to get it to work properly. Even when using my iPhone 13 Pro Max to record video the gimbal struggled to work.

Brand new out of the packaging and the rear trigger I broken. Most likely a bad trigger spring. Other than that seemed to operate pretty good. Really stable. Still returning it, though.

I was looking for a gimbal for my Nikon D7500. Although my camera was within the stated weight limits, this was a bit light for my needs. I returned it and got a Weebill-S instead, which I like so far.

I haven't used it much since I got it, but has a great feel and seems to work great. Was able to use it with my iPhone 13 Pro Max without a case.

It’s solid. I used it with my iPhone and with a GoPro, had no issues. This is an advanced gimbal. Did take a lot of time to setup and balance. Once that is ready, you will love the experience.

It's a great little gimbal but more suited for phones or point and click cameras. I had to return it and get the Weebill since this did not work with my M50 very well. Still a great little gimbal.

This is my second one. No issue with the first one but I believe every videographer should have this. I believe so much I donated my first one to a upcoming videographer student.

If you own a mirrorless camera like the canon M50 don’t even bother buying this it won’t balanced at all I try for 2 hours watching tutorials after tutorials but never manage to balance it, I’m kinda disappointed because on their website it says they do support mirrorless cameras but I guess not. I own a powershot sx740 hs and with this one it did balance. So I guess with smaller cameras and phones it works. But I give a one star because I bought it for my m50 an didn’t work.

Great gimbal but has a hard time with the canon m50. Especially if you’re running a 50mm. Only have really used it with the 15-45mm kit lense it comes with. But overall pretty good.

It is a great stabilizer to be used along with a camera without internal stabilizer. i used it on the Sony alpha 6400 well.

Bought to use with Hero 8 Black. Mechanically it is a great match. No complaints about the gimbal itself. The WiFi connection process (mainly for shutter control) is a deal breaker. It takes far too many steps to connect the M2 to the Hero 8, and the next time you power on you have to do it all over again. It should be automatic! You shouldn't need a cell phone + two apps + 5-10 minutes to use your action camera on a gimbal. Hopefully DJI has this sorted for the Hero 8..

Whenever I first received the gimbal I noticed that there was a manufacturer default with the threads. I had to return and reorder.

I bought this for my son and it works great. We did have to return it because it was a bit small for the camera that he has but it worked well.

Great gimbal , but it’s too heavy for the cannon M50 , and too small for the iPhone 12 plus

Great gimble. It has a bit of a learning curve to get the camera balanced but once you master that it is an amazing accessory.
