    The app that you’re supposed to connect to to use the gimble doesn’t work for some reason and most of the information about the product is in Chinese. Returned the product.

    I watched a dozen videos, read the manual and had friends try to calibrate this. No one could solve it.

    Returned bc it couldn’t support my base Sony DSLR (mounted without extra lens, flash, etc). The stabilization motor would fail with moderate movement and at some angles. Best Buy did a great job with the ease of the return transaction!

    I've hardly used this in the two years I've owned it. It's been in its original protective case the entire time. I needed it for a shoot last week, but nope. It won't hold a charge, the motors squeal and have become non-functional. It's never been dropped or gotten wet. And it's out of warranty, of course.

    Got it home, it would not charge. It just kept flashing one bar. Contacted customer support and after some back and forth with Zhiyun customer service the determined it was defective. They were quick to respond, but wanted a video as proof of the defect. After all that they said take it back. So I took it back and got a refund. Going with a different brand I guess.
