Not a fan of this product nor the Best Buy location I purchased it from. This was the only available model on hand at the time of my visit. Unfortunately needed this for a photo shoot and threw away the packaging thus I couldn’t return it. The info video on how to use this successfully is in Japanese. Not one of my languages… Limited in functionality overall. I recommend spending the extra money for a better model. I would have had the location been properly stocked.

It wouldnt connect to my iphone or my moto. I returned it and got another one and same issue. Best buy employee coukdnt get it to connect to his phone

It’s a bit confusing to use with the different settings. It’s also slightly janky as far as motor controls. The gears tend to favor a vertical phone positions rather than horizontal. The worst part is most of the special functions require you to use the app like the tracking or pushing zoom effect. The app doesn’t have the flexibly of shooting like Filmic Pro does, plus you’re handing over your information to Chinese servers.

It wouldn’t connect to my Samsung Note or my Apple IPhones. It was difficult and cumbersome attempting to setup. It isn’t worth the trouble especially with the cost. I returned it.
