    The device works well at first use and is very reponsive. However, the app software this needs to work with its features us horrible and needs updates. But after just a few days the auto rotation feature stopped working properly and will not rotate my phone back to the portrait position. The device also has a lot of calibration issues and sometimes reads that my phone is not perfectly balanced even though it is placed properly on the gimbal.

    Very poor software and hardly usable. THE APP IS IN CHINESE. I’ve tried to use this thing for that past two months and it’s simply not reliable. The software times out and drops the camera for no reason and after only a few minutes of filming. I wish I could return it, but I gave it too many chances to disappoint me. WILL NOT BUY THIS BRAND EVER AGAIN.
