Felt like the axis lock was going to break, it’w not able to lock the camera well. But the cheapest stabilizer in the market now. Hopefully they will come up with something that is very easy to balance

I Can complaint about the product. Nice and smooth.

The joystick gets jammed and stuck ALL the time. Best buy won't help or exchange because I didn't purchase the insurance on the item. Its ridiculous because this item was extremely expensive for it to not work correctly. When its in use the joystick gets stuck and it just goes up or down all the way and its hard to get it unstuck. Now I am stuck with this. I called the Best Buy where I purchased it in Morehead City and the lady that took my call was rude and acted like she didn't want to help me.

Built very cheap they joystick was sticky right out of the box. With firmware update I got lots of jitters in the motors. Returned for RSC2

All the weight is balanced at the top of the gimbal. Not fun to hold. Especially when the handle has BUTTONS on it. The app for your phone is god awful as well. I have no idea how this has such good reviews and costs $399. I had the DJI Ronin SC before this and it was LIGHTYEARS better and cost 150 bucks less. DO NOT BUY THIS

It’s hard to get the camera balanced pretty cool features it’s best if you turn this into a two hand gimbal by putting another bar rig

Had to buy this last minute for a wedding shoot. It was the only one the local Best Buy had. I've been using 3 axis stabilizers for years and I could never get this one to be perfectly horizontal. I tried the calibrations and they worked for a few hours and then went back to crooked. Did all the adjustments available, still crooked. I guess I'm not sad that I somehow lost it. Have the Ronin SC now

Nice for light cameras, if your camera has some weight not useable.

Very heavy and difficult to put together. I was a little disappointed

My camera and lens were well under weight and the gimbal still struggled to keep it level. It would also freeze and shutter. When it worked it was great but I shoot outdoor content where usually you can’t make a second take. I lost several shots because of this and had to return it. Best Buy was great handling the return.

You will take years to balance it, dont buy. Stay away

I had to google a random Youtube doing an unboxing video of this stupid thing just to figure out how to use it. Ridiculous!

These have great reviews on YouTube, but they are typically reviewed right when the buyer gets it. However, they have a really bad quality control. If you search the internet, you'll find that 1) the axis locks break frequently and 2) there is terrible customer support. My axis lock broke, I reached out to Zhiyun and found that they no longer have a US repair/warranty shop. You have to ship it to China. Who knows how many weeks it takes for a turnaround. I do NOT recommend this product due to the cheap workmanship.

Don't really like how they put those little locks on the arms because they loose grip very quick and that's not okay
