Expensive piece of junk

We purchased it in October 2022. Within months the screen stopped working. I called Zline customer service and after waiting over a hour over the phone to get a human, the recording said no one is available and to send an email instead. The “automatic” closure button for the door never truly worked. You had to press it twice because the door never fully closed. Today, the microwave just stopped working and it’s making a horrible noise. I called customer service and they require a “video” of the microwave showing what the problem is. This is not a cheap microwave to go through all these problems in such a short period of time and then to have to jump through hoops to get it fixed. It’s not worth it.

Great way to update kitchen and get microwave off top of countertops, freeing up space. Make sure where you install your microwave drawer supports the weight. Review your instal specs.

Display already went out and drawer opens slow

The display went out after 1 month and I'm trying to see if the warranty will take care of that. Frustrating but I'm hopeful they will resolve to my satisfaction.

Our first one started sparking due to a know issue where the wheels rubbed off the enamel coating of the metal walls. It also doesn’t vent at all, so rice and other foods leave a lot of condensation in the microwave.

Spending so much money, the microwave door should be able to open upon completion of use. Shouldn’t have to push open once food is done.

We have now had it replaced three times. Forest 2 times were for arching now this third time is due to the cook function not working. We purchased the initial microwave in January of 2022. If you can avoid purchasing this defective product please do so.
