    The rice scraper/scoop did not come with the package as indicated o the label. There was no way to turn off the rice cooker without having to unplug it.

    My family and I eat rice everyday and I had read some great reviews about this rice cooker. I've used it a few days now and am not impressed. The rice is still hard. Wish I could return it.
