I contacted Best Buy support (they provided excellent service) and they shipped me a replacement copy. It arrived damaged. At that point I gave up. I came to the conclusion that it's not great of a Steelbook. You could tell it was cheaply made. Great movie though, would love to own a copy of Zombieland in a Steelbook... if it didn't come all banged up and was a nicer/sturdy case. That being said, for $9.99 it's not a bad buy.
