Can't argue with a great purchase of an amazing movie. Full of heart, comedy and tear jerking moments. Its everything you want and more. The extras are something to be desired offering a look into a version of the movie that "could have been" from deleted scenes to even characters cut from the final version. While I would have loved more material like an audio commentary, this is still a must have for any collector or movie enthusiast.

Watched this after my daughter, who is 25 raved about it and I was not disappointed. While watching, my 17 year old son was sitting in the room mocking me, but haha when I went to his room to see what was so funny later that night,guess what he was watching!!! Vindicated. He begrudgingly liked it. No teenage boy says he loves a cartoon, come on. Like is a HIGH compliment. I can say unequivocally...fun for the whole family.

Zootopia is a fantastic film for all ages. My 10 year old loved the movie and there was, as has become custom for Pixar, some humor that adults can get more out of that might go over the heads of younger audiences. This has been on heavy rotation in our house and become a family favorite. The Blu Ray picture is crisp and the sound is phenomenal. I would highly recommend this to those with children and even those without.

Having seen "Zootopia" in the theater, I did not hesitate to purchase the blu-ray/digital version during my Black Friday Best Buy shopping trip! In my opinion, this movie does an excellent job establishing believable characters who face stereotypes and societal expectations. There is much humor, of course, and many moments that provoke reflection on the progress our society has made and the progress yet to be achieved.

From the trailers, this did not look like a movie I wanted to see at the Theater. After hearing about the buzz, the acclaim it was receiving from critics and Best Buy having it on sale - I decided to purchase it. What a great film. Written & Directed well with good characters. Wife and I finished watching it and liked it so much, we both said we could watch it again. Suggested having family over the next day to watch.

I found this movie entertaining for the kids but had lots of content that adults will enjoy. All of the jokes are fun for both the kids and adults. The music is great and the animation is beautiful. The story was a surprise in how deep it was on multiple levels I will not spoil anything but there was more than one story being told at the same time. Every time I watch this movie I see something I missed the last time around.

It's a rare treat when Disney releases a movie with an all anthropomorphic animal cast, and such a treat has great allure in its sparing use. In addition to the rare world that has been used once again, Disney was able to make powerful and inspiring statements relevant to current times. This is a movie that is sure to be a family favorite for years (hopefully decades) to come, and should be enjoyed by people of all ages.

I believe everyone at some point and time has at least ONE Disney movie that is near and dear to them, from when they were younger to even reminiscing about it to their kids as grown ups. This movie here has many memorable moments that both parents who grew up on Disney as well as the next generation of Disney fans-to-be can enjoy (especially the sloths). When I have a low or sad day this movie picks me right up!!

For starters this film is using an upscaled 1080p source, however the results are more impressive than I was expecting in some scenes. The big game changer is the HDR, & it’s worth the price of entry alone for the HDR color & Dolby Atmos audio tracks. This is undoubtedly the definitive edition of the film.

A very well-animated, refreshing, and entertaining movie for all to enjoy. In addition to being entertaining, the movie also manages to provide good moral lessons and inspiration while maintaining repeatability. My god-kids and all of their friends insist on watching it over and over and not only have I not become upset by this yet but I also keep getting sucked into the story again, and watching it with them.

The movie is great but in multiple spots it stops for a couple seconds then picks right back up. I’ve exchanged the move a couple times but it’s the same on all of them so I think it was a bad batch of disc. So oh well I guess.

Another awesome movie for the children and adults. The action is great and the story includes twist you just do not expect. IF you are looking for a great family night movie date I highly recommend pickup up this one. My daughters love it and it will bring a tear to your eye with a story of friendship and code of honor. This is a funny movie for children and adults anybody they can't find anything to laugh at this is just me the writings great the animation was great it is just wonderful fun film film for feature film. That all can enjoy there's no real violence in the movie is cartoon violence but nothing major so that's why I think this is available for all people. So pick up a copy of this and enjoy a nice evening after

The overall quality of movies aimed at children can be hit or miss. For every Finding Nemo there are two or three Angry Birds. Zootopia thankfully falls in the former camp. It spins a tale relevant for adults but fun for children without too much weight. Just the kind of thing you don't mind watching along with your kids. The 3D in this version is pretty good as well, and not so much as to cause eye strain.

My husband and I negotiate who has to take our daughter to animated films. He inevitably falls asleep and snores if he goes and I consume gummie Bears like it's my job if I do. This movie, however, not only kept my husband awake (paper covers rock) but when it came out on DVD he insisted we but it and watch as a family. A great movie, visually pleasing with some gear messages for kids and adults alike.

While some people might feel this movie is a little heavy handed with the "you can be anything, prejudice is bad" message. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie when I saw it in the theater and looked forward to owning it on DVD. The characters are memorable, the concept is pretty unique, and yes, I think the message is something that should be taken to heart in our increasingly divided society.

...with modern sensibilities and a very clear response to the modern cultural climate. While feeling a little heavy handed at times, it's a far cry from the original vision of the film, but absolutely for the better. The characters are likeable, the world painted is beautifully realised, and the humor is genuine and funny. The only downside would be the soundtrack, which is hit and miss, imo.

I went into Zootopia with no expectations, just that it had gotten a lot of positive word of mouth. The movie can be a little overwhelming at first, there are so many big, great ideas in the movie, it takes a little bit to get your mind around them. The voice acting is a lot of fun and the characters actually grow and change through the film, into better 'people'. I really loved this movie.

This movie really made me realize how advanced our technology has gotten with 3D animation. The facial expressions, digital animation and rendering has truly reached a pinnacle of some of the best we've seen. Zootopia will stick with you for a while as it does have some pretty grim underlying messages. Great movie overall!

This movie is great for all ages, but adults will get more enjoyment out of it than the kids. It is an animated film that basically follows the plot of 48 HRS with a bit of conspiracy movies tossed into the mix. Jokes are aimed at adults, for example: The DMV is populated by sloths. Kids might find it funny that the sloths are so slow, but anyone who has needed a driver's licence will get it.
