We bought the Blu-ray for best picture viewing but I think we preferred to watch using the digital copy over and over again and the picture quality did not have much of a difference, slight but not much. Other than that movie is awesome.

Great Kids Movie. Kids movies with great story lines are good and show that kids can be what they want if they believe and try hard. As an adult, I think some of these kids movies have better quality stories then the adult movies out today.

Disney's track record is pretty astounding when you consider how prolific they are, and Zootopia was another winner. Also love the Blu-ray (for "backup"), DVD (for car entertainment system), and Digital HD (for Disney Movies Anywhere) sets.

Kids love this and choose to watch it over Kung Fu Panda 3, Minions, Frozen (thank goodness). There are some scary parts for 3 and younger. A lot of memorable characters, funny lines, good story and message so great movie for old and young.

I was on the fence on this one the first time I saw it; I thought they were a little heavy-handed in the themes of racial acceptance to the degree that it interfered with the natural rhythm of the story, but as I have seen it a few more times, it has grown on me. Definitely great for kids, both in terms of ideology and entertainment, and the animation is state-of-the-art: literally! My only qualm is this: why does Judy wear body armor if there are no guns?

I watched this Disney film thinking it was going to be a cute story that would appeal to small children. I was surprised that the film works on many levels and has a message for the whole family. Strong recommendation to get and enjoy.

It was my favorite cartoon of the year. It was different, funny and had great characters. I think because the movie was for adults and children it was near perfect. I have not been upset when my children ask to watch it over and over.

Was so happy to pick this up for $8 on Black Friday (Target had it for $10). Saw in theaters, so knew this was a movie i wanted to get. What made it a better buy was getting both the DVD & Blu-Ray for under $10, couldn't be happier!!!

Zootopia was a lot of fun (even more enjoyable than Moana & Finding Dory), had a terrific cast, and a decent allegory to try to teach your kids to be less judgmental. The Blu-ray includes the music video for the terrific Shakira song "Try Everything" -- which didn't get enough nominations during award season. 2016 animated films which I preferred over Zootopia: Kubo and the Two Strings, April and the Extraordinary World, The Red Turtle

Although one will assume animation films are for kids, Zootopia is actually geared towards adults. All adults will easily relate to every storyline in the movie. The DMV scene is hilarious because it is exactly we experience the DMV!

With Zootopia, Pixar has truly outdone itself. The film talks about issues people struggle with in real life in a way that is accessible and unique. Don't miss out on a film that offers a powerful message for this day and age.

This is one of my personal favorites. Story of an underdog living above her means. Good story with an interesting and well thought out world. Much to enjoy with this movie. Make sure you watch the making of portion, well worth the watch.

Inside Out was clever and showed Pixar can still make a thought provoking concept, but Zootopia is the better movie. It has an unexpected social commentary and interesting characters. Great movie for all ages. The 3D version was awesome.

This movie addresses various topics. I addresses bullying, self-esteem issues, overcoming seemingly impossible odds, and making friends with others who are different than ourselves.

Great movie. My kids love it and I actually enjoyed it too(the DMV scene is priceless). There are a few intense scenes that may be a little too much for younger viewers. My daughter is 5 and she was a little scared of the panther scene.

When I saw this movie in theaters I knew I had to have it on DVD when it came out. The message and themes are so relevant for our world today, and teach love and acceptance in a truly unique way. People of all ages will love this movie!

We loved this movie. It has great characters, impressive animation, humor and some action. The godfather scene was hysterical. We lent it to my Wife's parents (who are in their late 60's) and they loved it as well. Highly recommend it.

This movie came out on DVD just as we all need to hear the message of peace. As our world and our nation is in the same situation we need to learn and follow the example. Great movie! Great movie for my grandkids, kids and grandparents.

An enjoyable movie for kids and adults of all ages. It's bright, funny, and beautiful -- and it has a terrific (and timely) message about diversity, discrimination, and overcoming stereotypes. The Blu Ray transfer is gorgeous, too.

We love that this movie is like shrek with the grown up humor snuck in. Arrived quick and the steel book is really cool....bought for the bluray but nice to have the 4k for later on
