I bought this movie to show my elderly parents. My father is hard of hearing and enjoys animated movies as he can follow the movie even if he can't get all the dialogue. 44 min into the movie he asked for it to be turned off. Slow and not much too it. The commercials on Tv must have showed the only funny parts because this movie was very slow. Definitely not in the same category as Despicable Me or Secret Life of Pets
