I think it will win Academy this year. . The character design is some of the best I've seen out of Disney and the all of the performances from the voice actors were fantastic. It's a kids movie that delves into segregation, racial prejudice, racism, losing friends and struggling with your own character. The writing was great, the jokes were great (even those for us adults) and the music was amazing (though I will say I am pretty tired of Try Everything). If you haven't seen this movie you are missing out on a cultural milestone for animated features

Zootopia is my pick for next year's Oscar for best animated movie, and we are not even through 2016 yet. This movie is fantastic, and uses animals to take on discrimination (race, gender, etc). It teaches that you can 'Try Everything' to be what you want to be. It shows that even the 'bad' can be 'good' and vice versa. I will warn that the movie can be a little scary for younger children as there are a few scenes that could make you jump, but overall just can't say enough about how great this movie is....highly recommended!

Disney hits it out of the park again with another fun, heart-warming and beautifully-animated film that is appropriate for audiences of all ages. This film goes a little deeper than you might be expect from a Disney film (where the main message always seems to be some variant of "love trumps all"), where the main characters have to overcome prejudice and and a rigid social hierarchy in order to reach their true potential and fulfill their dreams. This a fun and inspiring film that is well worth many rewatches.

I don't typically write reviews, however we enjoyed this one so much in the theater that I had to! This is an excellent film for the entire family with great characters and an actual plot!

My son and I watched it at the theater. He loved it so much so I went and bought it. It is a good movie to teach your son or daughter about self esteem, about his or her dreams, and about how to work under pressure and handle different situations when facing adversity. I strongly recommend to friends and families with kids.

I have not been thrilled with most of Disney's new movies, but this movie I thought was great. The animation is adorable and the message is great. Adults can see a message about the negative effects of racism and children can see a message about never giving up on your dreams. I would recommend this movie for all ages.

This movie was wonderfully executed and shows that you can be anything and do anything if you put your mind to it. It also is a wonderful example of diversity and the fact that even though we are all different we have the ability to live in harmony and peace with one another. Love love love it.

It's a great movie, but the extra features, especially the ones talking about early iterations of the movie concept, really make this a must-buy. The best extra features are reserved for the Blu-Ray version, though, so I recommend you get that instead of the DVD only version if you can.

I loved Zootopia. It is a classic Disney setup of a young, naive bunny, Judy Hopps, who comes from a small rabbit town. She is trying to make it big in the BIG CITY and succeeds with the help of a street-wise fox named Nick. It works, and has a lots of life lessons along the way.

This is a great movie for the kids and also has a lot of stuff to keep the adults interested, such as references to "The Godfather." The story is good and it has a good moral. The kids will watch it over and over.

I love this movie, I watched on a plane on my way to see my girlfriend and I absolutely loved it! As soon as it came out, I went out to buy the Blu-Ray to watch it at home and I love it more the more I watch it.

Was not intending on buying this when I stopped into my local Best Buy. As I was approaching the cashier I noticed the display. Grabbed a copy and the kids loved it. Way to go Best Buy on a great display!

I thought it was going to be another Disney kids type of movie but it was really cute and really funny. There was one part in particular I was non stop laughing. I definitely recommend this movie for your kids, yourself and for the ultimate Disney fan.

I saw this film with my girlfriend in theaters and we loved it. The bunny's relationship with the fox was cute and it had good commentary on racial profiling. I gave this to my girlfriend for christmas. She was happy.

I had low expectations about seeing Zootopia since it seemed like another Disney movie geared toward kids, but with many adult themes. My kids absolutely love it and they get the message. Great movie for both adults and kids.

Zootopia was an unexpected hit! There's enough of a plot here to keep adults entertained while the cutesy characters keep the kids hooked. The story has deep humanitarian foes that left us wiping tears of joy and empathy.

This is one of the most clever, entertaining, intelligent, and funny movies made by Disney. Highly recommended for both children and adults (and it looks great in 3D)!

I have a 7 year old and a 2 year old that love this movie. No sing-a-longs for the 2 year old in the movie but she still enjoyed looking at all the different animals on screen. Overall a great story and very enjoyable.

I really liked this movie, I went in for the laughs and the amazing visuals of the animation but the film has a wonderful story that hopefully is a learning experience for younger kids who go and see this film.

Zootopia is a fun, smart movie -- and it's one of those that works on multiple levels. Great for kids aged 4-5 and up. Great for grown ups, too. (Props for the nod to Breaking Bad -- you'll know it when you see it!)
