Poor battery life
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.If you value battery life steer clear of this phone. I pre-ordered when it was $100 off, even at that price it is unacceptable for a $1200 phone to have less than 6 hours of screen on time. On a good day I'm lucky to get 5.5 hours. Shutter lag is still an issue with Samsung cameras, if the subject isn't perfectly still the picture will come out blurry. Otherwise, images are excellent when they are in focus. It's a shame that an otherwise good phone is ruined by poor battery life. I wouldn't recommend this phone unless you absolutely need the 10x zoom on the camera. Also, somehow the speakers are weaker than the Note 20 Ultra. If you happen to be a Note 20 Ultra owner, I wouldn't recommend upgrading this year.

||Posted .Poor communication from Bestbuy and Samsung. Preordered on 02/17 and nearly a month later without any updates. If I were to cancel, I'll lose out on all preordered credits. Basically turns into a waiting game. I will never preorder from Bestbuy again.

Terrible communication
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.The amount of time it takes to get a preorder is ridiculous its been over a month and there is zero communication about anything! From other reviews clearly other people are dealing with the same problem but yet if I ordered it for shipping I can have the phone in 3 days which makes absolutely no sense at all! I thought the iphone 13 release was bad but this is a disaster! Last time I think all ever preorder with best buy!
