"Awesome Support, Mug Works as Advertized...Here is my list of suggested enhancements: 1) Allow the upper temp setting to go to 160F for those who prefer their beverage even hotter than 145F 2) Provide a custom-sized lid with a small hole to prevent heat from escaping and yet the steam to get out of the top 3) Make the electronics and the heater detachable to occasionally allow placing in a microwave and to make it dishwasher safe....Can't go a day without my mugs!...I love the ember mugs!
