"The store did not offer installation at my location, so I had to install both of these, and am not a fan of: 1.) the drain hose, which required that a second length be attached, so the joint is behind my dishwasher in my case and not easy to access if it leaks; 2.) the bottom skirt, which should be adjustable for width; 3.) the back insulation, which attaches with three tabs of adhesive and becomes detached; 4.) the black surrounding seals, which either make the installation look ugly or else if you wish to minimize them, make the install difficult. ...Great dishwashers!...I love the third rack and the dishwasher is much quiter than my last one"

"Highly Recommend This Dishwasher...I would also recommend an additional option for the location of the discharge hose other than the bottom left or right side. Some kitchens have services (supplies lines or studor valves, etc) which require the discharge hose to be positioned higher making the dishwasher install somewhat tight and adding to the installation time requirement....However, the large internal volume makes installing this a little less forgiving than an older dishwasher.  I struggled with the drain hose since I couldn't route it where LG recommends due to the way the water lines were run when my house was built.  "

Also the drain hose is not universal ams ans adaptor had to be used as itnwas to large for pipes and leaked without it."

"Washes and drains well...I am please with the fact that everything works fine except for the drying portion of the cycle. The dishwasher has to be opened to complete the drying process....I don’t know if it’s I’m stupid something lol my other issue I guess would be is that if you do not wash off every piece of food before Putting it in the dishwasher then It gets trapped at a drain in the bottom but the drain is like awkward to get out. "There is one installation anomaly, if your sink is in the right side of the dishwasher, the drain hose was problematic that caused me a inadvertently knick the drain hose that caused it to leak. ...Its very quiet and it cleans very well Its easy to remove the interior drain screens to clean out.
