"Can handle accessories and one extra lens....Not bad, sturdy and lightweight. The shoulder strap swivel hook has a squeak. I think its coming from the clip rubbing on attachment point. "

"If you get the Joby 5K tripod (handles up to 11 lbs), just the strap alone is worth this kit. I have no use for the extra shoes (mostly for GoPros), and I may or may not ever use the extra legs, but it's easy to see that situation where the legs alone make not be enough to support my Nikon P1000....I mostly use the arms to hold a mic and light with my camera or phone. The strap I haven’t used yet but interested to see how it is. "
